The Nokhian empire, although they recognize other forms of divinity, they only trust in the holy authority of the Nokhian sacred companions, so they call their pantheon.
The first testament, which brought the Nokhians to rebel against the Dragons and Demiurges, gave them insight into their own powers and ancestrality, before, humans were manipulated into thinking they're inferior, but now, it was the dragons the inferior ones in their view, and the Demiurges not worth worshipping. The first high priestess wrote a book with all the visions, dreams and insights she had about it, it was eventually to be called the "Nokhian ancestrality"
The second testament brings light into the great champions of the Nokhian civilization, the Gods of the newly born Nokhian empire, it talks about their deeds, their wisdom and what kind of powers and potential ancestral wisdom they left as a legacy for each individual Nokhian to uncover. The second testament was actually a compilation of several visions, dreams and insights several priests and deeply connected martial artists were having all over the place, these dreams, although open to much interpretation, were persistently consistent with all the ones that dreamed about it, soon they'd be present with several new books about the ancient gods and their wisdom - Lessons of Grace, Lessons of Justice, The book of fire and war, The law of mankind, The spirits and the stars, and the Book of the Damned.
Arkan:

She's more mentioned in the book of the Spirits and the Stars, serving the Nokhians as a more reliable bridge of communication with the unseen Demiurges and their own natural order.

The Nokhians believed that all of their Gods were examples of values to uphold in certain hierarchy, and a disturbance of disrespect to any of the gods would eventually bring misfortune and further down the road, tragedies and catastrophes for the empire. So the temple made a point of showing great respect for the values all gods represents.
But it's important to say that Nokhian religion does not end at their gods, and their Myths describes much more to it, they believed in Demons, Daemons, Aemons and Devils, all of them described in the book of Spirits and Stars.
Demons are spirits of no greater importance to the natural order, spirits with no innate value of it's own, often associated with a destructive or corrupting nature.
Daemons are spirits that are part of the natural order, but not necessarily a very important one, often associated with a either ambiguous but not particularly evil nor good nature. Most of them are seen as the spiritual counterparts of the earthly animals.
Aemons are spirits with a spark of divinity, but not gods, most of them are seeing as benevolent, but not all.
Devils is usually a word to mean, more specifically a physical demonic manifestation, often used to refer to the Ashurais, which is said to be beings that while they can share words, they only truly communicate through the language of violence and dominance. And it's said they waged war on the Nokhians once upon a time.
And some Nokhians even worship some of this secondary entities, especially when they align with their desires in the world. One of the most common is a Aemon called the "Morning face", that seems to make wishes and desires to come true to some of it's most devoted followers.
