Abomination stood up from where he had been sitting in the forest, his massive form towering over the trees. Memories of his recent battle against Zane's robots flashed through his mind. The fight had been much tougher than he anticipated; the Earth's defenses proved to be more formidable than he had thought.
"That fight didn't go the way I thought," Abomination muttered to himself. "Earth's defenses are tougher than I expected. I'll have to go back and get the Beta Box so I can harness its powers. But I haven't fully recovered from the last fight. Still, I'll go anyway, finish my mission, and bring glory to the Dark Vikings once again," he as he turned into his human form.
Determination etched on his face, Abomination got up and headed for the RayTech facility. It took some time, but he finally arrived, his eyes scanning the perimeter from a distance.
