"Roar!"
The roar echoed through the underground passage like thunder in the sky.
Eichhorst, dressed in a sharp suit, rushed to the truck. Seeing the tall, burly man with a pale face standing outside, he immediately fell to his knees.
"Great Master, you have finally arrived!"
Eichhorst's eyes were fixed on the ground, not daring to look up. In the presence of the Blood Master, he was like a lamb to the slaughter.
"Eichhorst!"
The low voice, occasionally interrupted by beast-like growls, came from the Blood Master, whose crimson eyes were fixed on his only servant.
"What just happened?"
Eichhorst was stunned to find his head suddenly gripped by a large hand and lifted in front of the Blood Master.
"Great Master, why are you so angry?" Eichhorst's eyes were filled with fear.
The crimson eyes glared at the terrified Eichhorst, and the deep voice echoed in the underground garage.
"Bring me blood!"
...
In the early morning, a yellow school bus carrying students slowly drove through an abandoned suburban area.
Inside the bus, the children, averaging six to seven years old, were excitedly looking out the windows. This was their first spring outing, and the school had organized a trip to the countryside, making them all very excited.
"Mr. Eichhorst, thank you for your sponsorship, and thank you to the Stoneheart Group," said the young teacher with brown curly hair, smiling at the well-dressed older man.
"Haha, seeing these lovely children makes me feel much younger!" Eichhorst's lips curled into a strange smile as he stared intently at the teacher.
Feeling a sudden chill, Melis turned her attention back to the children, trying to shake off the eerie feeling. She wondered if she hadn't rested well the previous night.
Soon, under Eichhorst's guidance, the bus smoothly arrived at their destination.
An old, historical manor stood amidst a sea of green, its brown buildings exuding a sense of ancient charm.
"So beautiful!"
Melis's eyes sparkled with joy as she admired the old buildings steeped in history and culture.
As the bus door opened, Eichhorst stood inside the manor, his face wearing a mysterious smile. His deep gaze swept over the children's delicate skin.
"Welcome, everyone!"
"Thank you!"
The uniformed students cheerfully got off the bus and ran to the grass outside the chapel.
As a teacher at Mainster Elementary, Melis was the last to get off the bus. She waited until the last child had disembarked, leaving only the driver and herself in the empty bus.
Just as she was about to get off, a hand grabbed her arm. Melis turned in surprise to see the silent driver.
"Ms. Melis, I think we need to talk."
The bus driver, wearing a neat cap, lifted his head to reveal a strikingly handsome Asian face. The man smiled—it was John!
A moment later, Melis walked off the bus, her mind elsewhere. She tightened her coat collar, and under Eichhorst's watchful eyes, she followed the children into the manor.
Once they disappeared into the old castle, John slowly got off the bus and walked to the side.
Opening the luggage compartment, he found someone hiding inside.
"So, do you believe me now?" John smiled at Gus.
Gus's face was grim. He had never imagined that the Stoneheart Group would target a group of six- to seven-year-old children! Thinking of the bloodthirsty monster John had described, he couldn't suppress his anger.
John patted his shoulder and said, "It's not too late. If we act according to plan, we might be able to end that vampire progenitor here!"
This time, Gus didn't hesitate. With a determined look, he grabbed the large bag from the compartment and quickly headed towards the bunker.
In the dark bunker tunnel.
"Mr. Eichhorst, how much further?" Melis tried to maintain a calm voice as she asked.
"Ms. Melis, we're almost there. My boss is very pleased to host these children."
Now that they were deep underground, Eichhorst's originally elegant demeanor was gone. His eyes glinted with a sinister light as he stared at Melis, who was trying to appear calm.
Melis tightened her coat collar, her heart pounding wildly. Recalling the conversation on the bus, her face turned pale.
Huh? Suddenly, Eichhorst seemed to notice something and glanced back at the dark tunnel.
With a smile, he continued leading Melis deeper into the tunnel.
Far behind, Gus hid in a corner, a look of horror in his eyes. He had been extremely cautious, yet it seemed Eichhorst had still sensed him!
Pushing aside his unrealistic thoughts, Gus listened to the children's happy laughter from the tunnel's depths. Clenching his teeth, he held two LED lights and followed quietly.
Bang! A heavy stone door, seemingly operated by some mechanism, slowly opened. The children watched in awe, their sense of adventure satisfied.
They eagerly ran inside.
"Children, stay in formation!"
Melis called anxiously, trying to gather the children. Feeling the intense gaze from behind, her fear grew.
The gaze felt like a monstrous beast ready to devour her, a sensation she had never experienced before.
The children curiously approached a stone structure resembling a pool.
Seeing the scene described by the driver, Melis panicked and hurriedly called the children to her.
She glanced warily at Eichhorst.
"Ms. Melis, what's wrong?"
Eichhorst still wore a smile as he approached the pool, his eyes fixed on the frightened Melis.
"Mr. Eichhorst, I've decided to cancel this outing. This place makes me uneasy!"
"Oh? But my master is already here!"
"What?"
At that moment, bubbles began to rise in the pool's murky water. Melis watched in horror as a massive figure suddenly emerged with a splash!
The figure, over two meters tall, had a burly body covered in fresh blood, which dripped from a black robe onto the ground.
The stench of blood filled the air. Melis, terrified, quickly opened her collar and pulled out a spherical object from her bosom. Pressing a button, she threw it forward.
But Eichhorst, moving with incredible speed, blocked the figure.
The spherical object hit him, emitting a blinding light!
"Arghhh!"
With a beast-like roar, Eichhorst was thrown aside, the spherical object tightly covered by his clothes!
Simultaneously, the towering figure leaped out, rushing towards the screaming Melis and the children...
