"The top 50 students, please follow the guard by the door." The chief said to them and Julius looked back, there was really a man dressed in black and red standing by the door.
He walked out of his position and he could see a few familiar faces. Amongst them he could see River and he could understand if River was among the top 50.
He walked close to River as they approached the doors.
"What about Rowan and Cedar?" Julius asked and River was a bit stunned to see the white haired prince by his side.
"They made it to top 70, not top 50," River said and Julius nodded.
They took different platforms and they headed up to the highest floor.
Once they got there they all stepped in and were arranged in order according to their numbers.
"Oh, and what rank are you?" Julius asked River.
"Number 1, one hour five minutes," River said without any expression on his face and Julius couldn't help but smile helplessly.
Getting the number one position amongst thousands of people who participated.
'Well, we're princes. The other students might not have even seen a magic puppet before, except those from prestigious clans.' Julius thought.
The students were paired in threes and he noticed that there was a balance in teams. The strongest is put with the weakest while someone in between their strengths is fixed as the third person.
It got to Julius' turn and he entered the room, followed by two people behind him. He looked at the boys and they looked at him too.
"H–hey, um, I'm Levi Adonis."
Julius looked at the first boy who was an elf.
With short braided black hair, the first boy wore decent clothing in brown and his dark eyes seemed to have a timid nature. Julius didn't recognize his name from the book so he didn't think too much.
"Hm. I'm Julius Augustine. It's my first time seeing an elf." Julius couldn't help but look at him.
He was pretty handsome, an inherent trait from the elf race. The elven rance was also highly knowledgeable in magic so someone that was able to reach the top 50 in the entrance test couldn't be weak.
"Wait. Julius Augustine, fifth prince of the entire human kingdom?!"
It seemed like the second boy was more stunned than Levi himself who could only stare in shock.
"Pardon me. I'm Maru Hercules," The boy said to them and then Julius' slight smile fades.
"From clan Hercules?" He asked and the boy nodded.
The boy was a bit taller than Julius and had a bigger build, with long dark hair which flowed down his back like a mane.
He emitted a wild aura from his body and, Julius was not surprised.
The Hercules clan were one of the biggest clans in the human kingdom, they are known to be powerful aurs users made from that clan. Only once in a while do they produce seekers, they hold a large amount of resources to train knights.
But of course, their children still come to Midgard academy to further and broaden their knowledge on the arts.
Maru looked at Julius' composed demeanor, one look and he could tell that Julius was strong. He was emitting his aura unconsciously unlike Maru.
"They would start classes for knights tomorrow too. Maybe we can meet and spar sometime?" Maru asked them and Julius only shook his head.
"Ah... okay then." Levi was the last to respond.
"Is that a magical beast?" Levi asked with much curiousity as he looked at the golden furred little wolf on Julius' shoulder.
"Ah, yes. She is mine," He said and Levi stretched his hand towards her to touch her but Aria looked at him and growled.
"Ah, so feisty." Levi said as he retracted his hand and then they chose beds.
Compared to the room that Julius stayed at yesterday, this one was much better. It had a wider space, seperate bathrooms for the three of them, and even a room divider function which makes the room divide into three sides with a thin wall.
Julius only laid on the bed as he looked at Aria, he checked his clock which was the disc plate to see that the little light had already dimmed as it rotated around the bottom edges.
'It's already night. I seriously can't wait for classes to start.' Julius thought with a smile and he closed his eyes as he tried to get some sleep.

The next Day, Julius was already up early. He looked at the clock beside him and saw that it was already morning and he stood up from his bed.
"Huh?" He was confused as he saw a brown box in front of his bed and he opened it to see a black and red uniform. The colours seem to transition from black to a dark red which wasn't too vibrant.
He looked at what else was within the box and he saw a book there which was the rule book and another scroll.
'Hm, this should be the map of the school. After classes, I should probably go meet my sister and see the main character of this world for myself.' he thought and then he saw two other smaller books within the box and he brought it out.
He read the words on the paper attached to it. Luckily for him, he received the memories of Julius when he came to this world so he understood the language written on the paper.

Julius looked at the book and his eyes widened as he gasped in shock.
"I–is this really...?" He was speechless as he looked at the two books he received. One was a guide and an introduction to the element while one was a spell book.

'Did the chief conclude that I have an affinity with the time element? Nevertheless I would actually need to learn and study this element for the future.'
He had already made up his mind on what he was going to focus on when he comes to the academy.
There were a lot of elements and sub elements that exists. The more paths one choose to focus on, the more bland they would be.
He couldn't focus on so many things at once so he already made plans.
He bathed in his bathroom and also gave Aria a bath. He left his room shortly and he bumped into another girl from the room opposite of his and she raised a brow as she saw him.
