Chapter 32 - 32. Glory Drake! First class on magic.

"Ah, what a coincidence to meet you here." The girl had a smile on her face.

Julius noticed her blonde hair and strange orange coloured eyes. She has the hips and her breasts weren't too big. Her uniform consisted of a skirt that went a little above her knee with long socks that covered her entire leg. Julius smiled as he thought of something strange.

'Well, 15 year olds weren't built like this back on earth.' he smiled.

"Why would you want to meet me?" Julius asked and the girl looked around.

"Well, I was curious about whether you were given special treatment by the elder, since you were taken away," She said and he smiled bitterly.

"Ah, if you want to know. It was a hellish experience. Are you going for magic classes?" He asked and she nodded.

As they both walked out of the large hallway, Julius explained to the girl what exactly happened between her and the chief and she was stunned.

He also found out that she ranked 5 amongst all the students which would mean she lasted longer than him in the test.

Coming out from the main building, Julius looked at the man and he quickly located the hall where the classes were going to take place.

'Hm. I would've taken one of these magical machines but I want to save points. These points they use as school currency, I have 50000 currently, mainly from reaching top 10.'

The points they use in the school were to make all the students work hard. There were various ways to gain these points provided to the students but that was only after the first week.

'I believe for this first week, we'll have to first familiarize ourselves with magic. As for knights, they have it easy.' Julius thought and they walked towards their destination.

"Ah, isn't that the prince that is walking beside Grace?" One of the students pointed at Julius and the beautiful girl beside him.

"Yes, it's her. Don't tell me they are already acquited."

"Haha, there would be no chance for you then."

"Ah, that's Grace from the Drake clan right?"

"The fifth prince is really handsome. Have you seen his eyes, they look like purple gemstones!"

"Girl, chill."

Multiple students around them were talking and they walked passed and they only had thoughts on what kind of classes they were going to be having today.

It took them a whole twenty minutes to walk from their destination. They reached another building. This one was more of a wide building than a tall one, just the sides stretched out, reaching 300 metres wide.

They both entered the open doors together and they saw that all the students were currently seated.

"I'll go find a seat." The blonde haired girl said as she walked away.

"Hey!" Julius called her back.

"What's your name again?" He asked her and she smiled before replying.

"Grace Drake." She said with a sly smile before walking away and Julius was shocked to the core.

'She's from the Drake clan?!' Julius couldn't believe himself.

That was the first thing he should've asked when they started talking and he was only knowing now.

The Drake clan was only the biggest, most powerful clan in the entire human kingdom with a huge influence in the Gladiators association. They have a large amount of resources and tens of thousands of knights, mages, and seekers at their disposal.

And this girl that he was talking to was from that very clan. The main family of the Drake clan are said to have unpredictably high levels of talent.

Some are even born with rare elements like space and lightning like his sister Anna.

"Hah." Julius only let out a breath before he made his way to find a seat.

He spotted Levi in a very good spot and he rushed over to him. Apparently he also looked good in the uniform.

"Hey, Levi." Julius called out to the elf boy.

"Oh, prince Julius." He also smiled at the prince.

"Where's Maru, both of you left the room earlier this morning." Julius asked as he looked around.

"Oh, Maru is actually taking the path of a knight purely. I'm taking the path of a seeker, what about you?"

"Same." Julius only answered.

There were about two thousand students here. There was even a floor above them which was facing the alter in front.

All of a sudden, the entire hall went silent as a man stepped in. His steps seemed to be silent as he made his way towards the alter.

At a gaze, Julius could tell that the man was a mage with the wind element as they also could manipulate sound. A very useful element.

He has shoulder length curly black hair which was let down and his calm, deep blue eyes held a calming charm.

The man stepped on the alter and faced them all.

"New students. Today is going to be an introduction to Mana control and forms of magic," The man said, his words reaching Julius even if he was in the middle rows.

Everyone heard his voice clearly. His eyes gazed at everyone there as the class finally resumed.

...

In the large city which was Midgard academy, at a very tall building which was at the middle of the city.

This building was more than two kilometers high in the sky and in front of the building was a huge statue of a man holding a sword. Chief Wintor walked towards the building calmly.

He opened the doors and went up to the highest floor.

There he met a man who was busy in a very large library. There was a huge map of the entire continent by the side on a large board and he walked to the man.

"How is the new students?" The man's deep voice sounded.

"Well, we might be having another world level gladiator from this academy in the future," Wintor said to him and the elderly man couldn't help but laugh.

"Let's leave it to hope then. Some of them impressed you?" The man asked and Wintor nodded.

A chief was being respectful to this man who looked younger than him. Obviously the man's background isn't simple.

"There are two people, one of them was the second prince blessed by a spirit with the ice element and another is a girl from the Drake clan with Dual elements. Also, there was the fifth prince with shocking understanding of the time element," Wintor said and the man turned around, smiling.

He had rough side cut hair and a full thick beard. His eyes were greyish in colour, those eyes seemed to filled with endless wisdom of a man that has indeed seen things.

"Let's leave them for now. We'll see their progress in half a year." He said and Wintor nodded.
