It was a normal day at the gym, Great sesh , after leaving I instinctively stepped back a few feet when suddenly a middle aged man who casually crossed the street got hit by a delivery truck which slammed him across the paving.

Then the thing started feasting and tearing apart his ribcage pulling out his organs and violently mutilating him, after witnessing such a scene I immediately fled to my pickup truck and drove off to my penthouse suite that overlooks the City.

Her eyes were bloodshot red and she still had tears falling down her face, she immediately jumped into my arms despite me being drenched in Darkish blood.
"Josh I'm really glad you're here...I...I don't know what I would've done if you didn't come to my rescue..my..my family...they're all dead".
I saw how deep the pain was just by looking at those gorgeous Golden eyes of hers staring at the abyss of mine.
"I..I couldn't make it to my family in time...they're all dead too and I've got nothing left." I said with a chuckle that lead to tears pouring down my cheek.
Jess suddenly caressed my face with her gentle touch as she said with a delicate smile , "You're stuck with me silly". "I...I'll keep us safe no matter what, we'll push through every challenge thrown at us, I'm gonna fucking kill every one of those fucks I see", I said with a solemn look on my face.
She let out a small giggle as she said, "Still haven't changed I see".
