High atop the central tower of Lanka, Akira stood, her piercing eyes scanning the horizon.
The tower housed the heart of the formation that powered the shield surrounding Lanka—a mixture of a semi-reality membrane and Charybdis's Marble Phantasm.
This shield had kept their enemies at bay and ensured Lanka's dominion remained unchallenged.
At the moment, the shield was fluctuating, a result of Charybdis activating her Marble Phantasm elsewhere.
It was a brief vulnerability, one that Charybdis had dismissed as inconsequential.
But she was wrong.
In the midst of the fluctuation, Feldway and the monstrous Velgrynd teleported inside the shield.
The air shimmered and distorted for a moment, heralding their arrival.
Akira, with her acute senses, immediately detected the anomaly.
"So, Charybdis finally made a mistake," Akira murmured, her voice carrying a mixture of amusement and anticipation.
She turned, her expression shifting from serene to fiercely determined.
Feldway, with his imposing presence, stepped forward, his eyes narrowing as he took in Akira.
Beside him, Velgrynd, a massive Chinese dragon with a monstrous visage, floated menacingly.
The red dragon's form was terrifying: 108 angel wings sprouted from her back, and thousands of eyes adorned her scales.
At her forehead, a human body protruded, naked and exposed.
"We're here to end this," Feldway declared, his voice deep and resonant. "Lanka's reign of terror ends today."
Akira's lips curled into a confident smile. "You underestimate us. You may have found a way in, but this is our territory."
Feldway sneered, "Vermin. I can smell the cryptid stench on you. You don't belong in this world."
With a wave of his hand, Velgrynd unleashed a devastating attack straight at the central tower.
The attack was a mixture of holy light and supreme draconic fury, a force powerful enough to obliterate anything in its path.
But Akira dismissed it with a simple flick of her hand.
The attack dissipated without any effect on the surroundings, as if it was an illusion.
This was the effect of her intrinsic skill, one she was born with: Pashupata, the Raised Hand of the God of Destruction.
Even Charybdis didn't know the full potential this skill could lead Akira to.
The air around them crackled with energy as Akira's power nullified the dragon's assault.
Feldway's eyes widened in shock, unable to believe what he had just witnessed, but he controlled himself as despite this he had ways to manage this.
Akira chuckled, her voice dripping with confidence. "Is that all you've got? You'll need more than that to take me down."
Feldway's expression darkened, but before he could issue another command.
Akira lunged at Feldway with blinding speed, their clash sending shockwaves through the air.
Feldway met her strike with raw, power, pushing her back but not overwhelming her.
Lobha and Moh who had just arrived flanked Velgrynd, ready to exploit any opening.
"You can't win this," Feldway growled, his voice as cold and stern as ever.
Akira smirked, confidence glinting in her eyes. "Together, we are unstoppable."
Velgrynd roared, unleashing torrents of fiery destruction.
Moh evaded the attacks, countering with bursts of energy that forced the dragon back.
Lobha absorbed the energy with Absorb Life, growing stronger with each attack.
Lobha grinned, her invulnerable physique allowing her to withstand Velgrynd's onslaught.
"You really thought you could just waltz in here and win? How foolish."
Moh nodded, her energy reinforcing Lobha's attacks.
"Let's finish this quickly. Lanka needs us."
Feldway's expression remained emotionless, his eyes never leaving Akira.
"You underestimate me."
Akira's eyes narrowed. "And you underestimate us."
The battle raged on, with Akira, Lobha, and Moh gaining the upper hand.
Feldway's stern demeanor began to crack, revealing a hint of unease. Akira's attacks grew fiercer, her movements more precise.
It seemed they were about to turn the tide.
Akira gined an aura of red lightning around her as she prepared tk unleash slightly more capabilities of her skill.
Feldway's eyes narrowed, sensing the danger for the first
Just as Akira was about to unleash her raw destructive nature, loosening her inhibitions, Lucien struck.
*squelch*
The Harpy King, who had snuck in unnoticed, tore through Akira's abdomen with his bare hands, which seemed to be coated in some sort of black metallic energy.
The sound echoing through the battle feild.
Akira gasped, her eyes widening in shock and pain.
She crumpled to the ground, her body limp.
"Akira!" Lobha shouted, her invulnerable physique allowing her to withstand Velgrynd's onslaught as she moved to protect her fallen sister.
Lucien stood over Akira, his expression devoid of sympathy. "Vermin," he spat, his voice dripping with disdain. "You think you're a match for us?"
Akira gasped, struggling to breathe as she lay on the ground. "You...you won't win..." she managed to croak out.
But the man again ruthlessly stomped on her face his legs coated in the same Metallic energy.
Feldway smirked, the tide turning in his favor. "Did you really think you could win with that cryptid by your side?"
Hearing this lucien smirked nervously knowing how dangerous the battle was about to get if not for him, he was the ultimate weapon crafted by feldway to be the sple killer of Cryptids.
His body produced a unique frequency of Magicules that are poisonous and extremely damaging to cryptids.
Feldway stood in thw sky, his eyes cold and calculating. "This ends now."
Velgrynd, now unopposed, unleashed a devastating attack towards the central tower.
Lobha and Moh tried to counter, the combined might of Feldway, Lucien, and Velgrynd was too much.
The "invincible" central tower shook, its structure straining under the assault.
Moh summoned all her strength, her supportive abilities bolstering Lobha.
But even with their combined efforts, they were being pushed back.
Feldway's power was overwhelming, and Lucien's surprise attack had left them vulnerable.
"You fought bravely, for being a spawn of that Wretched Woman " Feldway taunted, "but bravery alone is not enough."
Lobha gritted her teeth, refusing to give up.
She absorbed as much energy as she could, launching a desperate counterattack. "We won't let you win!"
Moh supported her with every ounce of power she had. "For Lanka!"
In response Feldway summoned a giant arrow of light.
The sky lit up with a blinding explosion of power, engulfing the central tower. When the dust settled, the defenders lay defeated.
Akira lay unconscious, her body battered and broken.
Lobha and Moh were severely wounded, their strength depleted.
Feldway and his allies stood victorious, their triumph casting a dark shadow over Lanka.
The central tower, the heart of Lanka's defenses, lay in ruins.
The shield around the city flickered for the final time as it failed, leaving it vulnerable.
The battle had been fierce, but the overwhelming might of Feldway, Lucien, and Velgrynd had secured their victory.
As Feldway surveyed the battlefield, he couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction.
"This is just the beginning," he muttered.
The defenders of Lanka had fallen, and the path to conquest lay open before him.
Lucien looked down at the fallen Akira, a twisted smile on his face, before turning to Feldway. "What now?"
"We press forward," Feldway replied, his voice steady and commanding. "Lanka will fall, and with it, all who dare to oppose us."
Velgrynd, now unopposed, charged a massive attack, targeting the city where the palace stood.
The attack being a torrent of pitch black flames.
Just as the attack was about to obliterate the city, a massive explosion of energy stopped it halfway, protecting the palace.
Emerging from the blast was a blonde man with brown skin, a line pattern along his eyes, and a grim expression on his face.
He looked at the three invaders with intense hatred. "I'm late," Veldora muttered, his presence radiating immense power and determination.
As Veldora looked around on the scene, the damage was already significant.
His eyes, usually filled with mirth, were now clouded with fury as he took in the sight of his injured granddaughters: Akira, Lobha, and Moh.
"How dare you!" Veldora roared, his voice reverberating with a chilling intensity.
The city of Lanka lay in ruins, with half of it reduced to rubble.
His granddaughters were grievously wounded.
His fury was palpable, and his gaze was filled with a burning rage.
Alastor, Veldora's Ultimate Skill, activated in response to his master's anger.
The air crackled with dark energy as a towering pillar of cursed energy erupted from where he stood, casting an ominous shadow over the battlefield.
The ground trembled under the sheer force of Alastor's power.
"Your assault on our home ends now!" Veldora declared, his voice echoing with authority. The raw power he emanated was a stark contrast to the calm demeanor he had shown earlier.
Feldway, unfazed, remained emotionless and stern as he assessed the new threat.
Lucien, the Harpy King, stood poised after his brutal attack on Akira, prepared for whatever came next.
Veldora's eyes locked onto Feldway and Lucien. "You will pay for this," he growled, his tone leaving no room for negotiation.
His aura pulsed with a menacing power as he readied himself for battle.
The sky darkened, and the atmosphere thickened with the tension of impending conflict.
The once vibrant city of Lanka now stood on the brink of total destruction, and the fate of its defenders hung in the balance.
All because of the Miscalculation of its creator.
