The possibility that this Mazador person and the attacks in Kajar Empire were connected seemed far fetched and a surprising twist to all this. It made no sense. She was going off a hunch but none the less she felt she had to explore the possibility.
The best place to investigate this further would be at the palace where more resources were available. She could have a look at more detailed maps and ask for details of how the bandits attacked to see if they could possibly connected.
