"She's incompetent," he responded.
Emperor Ramer scoffed. "You sound as if you're not the one who brought her here to the palace yourself." He pointed out to him.
Malek was silent.
"I've been quiet about it for a while now I'm sure you yourself are starting to realize that I was right in the end despite your arguments in the past," the emperor went on.
Malek stared into his father's eyes knowing what he was going to ask him.
"What is it that you want Malek?" He asked.
Malek was again silent. He was ashamed and embarrassed he didn't want to admit it even to himself.
"I-I want her back," he stated to his father.
Another pause of silence ensued, and a smile appeared on the emperor's face before he laughed.
