There are many ways to die, but few ways to stay alive. Small tragedies culminate into larger ones: plague, war, genocide, poverty, disasters, betrayal, bad luck, then despair——then extinction. The Skiva alter the chronicle, the Humans merge with the parallel, and the Elri'u'gna ordain the trinity. Together, they are the end of space and time. Apart, there is nothing.
