Sometimes, it's lovely to sit between comfort and chaos; at least, that's what Jade thought. Here she was in a room full of people she hadn't spoken to in a while and some of Levi's business partners. That's right, everybody but Claire.
Jade looked outside through the glass floor-to-ceiling windows, it had been around two months since she stepped foot in this house. Thankfully, Claire had come to her rescue, and she had been staying with her ever since she found out about the betrayal of the Reynards and their associates, Dr Nate and Keith. To be honest, she wasn't even upset anymore; she just couldn't care less about it anymore. She had pushed her emotions too far, and it left her emotionally exhausted.
