It had been three weeks since the wedding. Jade sat on the rocking chair near the garden reading a book she had collected from Levi's library. It was a book on photography and she had picked it because it was either that or another book that had to deal with growing a business and she had read enough of those.
Levi had traveled two days after the wedding and she hadn't seen him since then, he had called a few times to check on her and know how she was doing. And the rest of the days she had to get updates on how Levi was doing. It was getting boring in the house all alone; she had become used to having company and now that there was no one around her she felt that loneliness creep in like an old friend.
