MONICA PARKER'S POV
"I walked inside the restaurant with a sad smile on my face." It seems like you're doing well for yourself in this restaurant. I said to Mr. Parker, my so- called husband.
"What are you doing here Monica?" Don't tell me you came here to cause confusion again. Because I know that is what you are good at. He said to me,
"Come on darling, is it a crime for a wife to come visit her husband at his workplace?" I asked him.
" It's not a crime for a wife to visit their spouse at their workplace." But the fact that it's you, my wife , who is here to visit me, is a crime because I know that you can just come and visit me like that.
"Something must have happened for you to come here to see me this early," he added.
"You have a point I came here to discuss with you." I said to him,
"Why didn't you wait for me at home or have you forgotten we live in the same house?" He asked me.
