In the morning, a nun could be seen walking through town, but something was off?
There was a haze over her eyes and walked like a puppet more than a human .It was Asia Argento the nun that was meant to be sacrificed.
She kept walking through town until she arrived at a small park. In the park was a brown haired boy trying to do pull-ups on the monkey bars before falling flat on his ass.
The haze disappeared from Asia's eyes as she looked around, confused as to why she was here. ' Where am I? issei, that is issei. ' Once regaining her bearings, she looks in front of her and sees her first friend that she made in Japan.
" Issei, it's you. " The nun speaks in a soft voice, gaining the attention of issei.
"Asia?" Issei and Asia spent most of their morning together. They both seemed happy to just be spending time with each other and both are glad to see each other after what happened. They first went to a fast-food place where she got to try her first burger and then the arcade. Issei won her a small yellow and black stuffed animal. After their time in the arcade, they headed back to the park to sit down and relax.
Asia still had a bad feeling in her heart from the very beginning that something was off but pushed it away, wanting to enjoy her time here with issei.
While at the park, Asia decided to tell him her past. She was abandoned at a small church in Europe by her parents and then made into a saint once they found out that she had the ability to heal people. However, all that changed shortly after she was caught healing a devil. She was cast out of the church with people calling her a witch and a heretic.
" That's awful, so when you fled, that's when you joined the fallen. " Issei asked Asia
" That's right, but I never lost my faith or gratitude to God. "
" Moreover, it's unbelievable all the bad things they do. "
" I'm sure this all must be a trial from the Lord. " said Asia with a voice full of confidence. " I'm sure once I pass this trial, God will make my dream come true. "
" Dream? " Asks issei, she nods.
" to make a lot of friends and spend plenty of time with them. Go shopping with them buying books, flowers and chatting with them. "
" That's my dream, you see I don't have any friends. " said Asia in a sad tone.
Issei gets up from where he is sitting and walks over to the fountain. "Issei?" She looks at issei with her head tilted and a curious look.
" I'll be your friend Asia. I mean, we're already friends, right? After all, we already had fun and are chatting together. And we'll I also bought you that stuffed animal. " says issei nervously as he scratches his chin." Haha, is there anything wrong with that. "
Asia shakes her head as tears stream down her face as she speaks happily." no,no,no,no,no. but issei I don't want to trouble you. "
" don't worry about that it's not a problem you and me are friends and nothing is gonna change that. " says issei with a large smile on his face as he flexes his arm trying to show off.
She just nods as she smiles at him. " Thank you issei, thank you so much. "
" I'm afraid not. " Came a oh so familiar voice from behind them. They turn around to see raynare standing on the water with her black wings spread out.
" y-yumma. " stutters issei seeing the familiar face of his ex.
" Lady raynare. " Asia says as she looks at raynare in fear.
' So, he really did fall and become a devil. Well, I'll be able to deal with him later tonight for now I adjust need to retrieve the nun. '
" Look at you. You really became a part of those devil scum. " Said raynare in a mocking voice. " Now Asia it is time to return. "
Asia took a step back in fear of her. The ominous feeling she had all day came true. She couldn't stop the feeling that she was being watched. " no I won't go back to that place where I hurt people. " Asia speaks to her adamant on not going back with her.
" You heard her yu-raynare she isn't going anywhere with you. " issei states to raynare intent on keeping Asia safe.
" SACRED GEAR. " issei yells out summoning his sacred gear. A red gauntlet covers his hand.
' is that really the boosted gear it looks like twice critical more than anything. '
" your nothing but a low-class devil this time I will thoroughly end you. " says raynare threateningly as she summons a spear of light in her hands.
What happened next couldn't even be considered a fight issei repeatedly failed to land a single blow on raynare. With a single spear of light that raynare threw issei was thrown into the ground and Asia was once again taken from him against her will.
" Damn it, damn it, damn it, DAMN IT. " in a fit of anger issei started to curse as he punched the ground over and over again.
Hikari-pov
I got a message from raynare that everything is going well so far. Asia has been taken back Infront of issei which in turned caused him to run over to his master. Once that happened, I was called over by rias. I'm on my way to the old school building right now. I entered the building and waiting for me on the first floor is rias and akeno.
Rias especially had a slight frown on her face but changed into a somewhat forced smile as she saw me enter the orc building. ' oh great what could she want this time. '
" so what's happening now? " I ask playfully.
She rolls her eyes at me. " we both know that you are already aware of what is happening Hikari no need to play dumb."
' Well would you look at that she's catching on. '
" if you are talking about issei being in contact with the nun and then getting attacked by the fallen angel raynare then yeah I'm caught up on the current events. " I say to rias. " but the real question is what you plan to do about this mess as you are the ruler of kouh. " I ask her. interested in how she plans on dealing with this problem.
She folds her arms under her chest as she looks at me with a serious look in her eyes." we will deal with these fallen for good that's what. "
A small smile spreads across my lips as I hear her words. I walk up the stairs heading to the ORC club room to talk with the rest. " Well, I wish you the best of luck rias cause you need to do something soon to prove yourself otherwise you can kiss your school life goodbye. " I say to her tauntingly as I give a small wave to her.
At my words I see fear flash across her face for a split second. ' Fear? What does she have to be scared of in the underworld? '
" Wait. " Rias calls out to me.
rias looks at me hesitant to speak up at first. " I-I just wanted to say I'm sorry Hikari for how I acted to you these past few days. " After speaking she turned around and promptly left the building.
I shake my head and continue up the stairs heading up to the club room. ' An apology? not like I care for it. ' Her apology doesn't mean much to me. if she wants to get on me good side at the very least, she will have to prove it with actions instead of empty words.
I enter the club room and see issei chatting with both Kiba and Koneko. Kiba still had his usual smile on his face but this time with a sword on his waist while Koneko still looked impassive but determined. " So, what did I miss. " I ask gaining all of their attention as they turned to face me.
" Hikari I'm glad you're here. " Issei says hopeful that she would be willing to help acting as if yesterday didn't happen but that's just Issei he isn't the type to hold a grudge. With her, Kiba and Koneko saving Asia would be a cinch since they are much weaker thanks to Hikari killing one of the fallen and pretty much all of the stray priests.
" Hello Hikari. " Says Kiba
." hello to you too. Seems like your prepared for a fight. " I look at Kiba with a sword on his waist with his hand on hilt of the sword.
" well, you would be right. " Kiba says giving me a light nod.
" that's right we're going to go rescue Asia from the fallen. " Says issei as he pumps his arm into the air showing his enthusiasm." that's right Hikari could you please helps us out. please. " He pleads to me asking for help.
I shake my head as I form a x crossing my arms. " Sorry but it's not my place to help you. " At my words Issei's shoulders seemed to drop at my rejection.
" I-I see. " Kiba places his hand on issei's shoulder trying to comfort him. " don't worry issei we will get Asia back. and besides she has already helped us enough. you can count on me and Koneko for the rest. "
Koneko also decided to chime in. " yeah, those pesky fallen won't stand a
chance. " Koneko says giving issei a boost in confidence.
" y-you guys' thanks so much..." tears well up in his eyes as he hears his friends speak and quickly wipes them away as he pumps his arm up in the air. " YEAH, LET'S GO SAVE ASIA. " He says loudly.
' Well, I guess mittlet was right it is just going to be these three while rias and akeno will be waiting for the right moment to appear. With how I've seen her act so far this was predictable to say the least or maybe she's just that confident. '
They decided to wait until it got darker before they headed to the church since they have a advantage at night and easier to make a Suprise attack. I already left the ORC building and headed to the church. I didn't stay at the ORC building long I just talked to them for a few more minutes before I left.
I climbed the highest tree that gave me the best view of the church. ' You know sometimes I'm actually jealous they can fly. ' I think to myself as I mull over the fact that I cannot fly like they can. I can't fly but I am able to walk on the air by creating foot holds in the air using energy. That is the closest I have gotten to flight. An hour after I left, I can see issei and the group making their way up to the church. " Seriously are you guys not even going to try and sneak in? "
They make it to the front of the church. Kiba and issei start to discuss their next plan of action meanwhile Koneko walks right past them and up to the door. She pulls her fist back and punches the doors wide open nearly breaking them off the hinges.

Koneko walks straight into the church with issei and Kiba following after her shortly after. Once they enter the church a dome made of holy energy could be seen forming around the church trapping the devils inside.
Kiba-pov
As we walk inside, we turn around after we feel that something is off, and we were correct. we were trapped inside by a barrier of sorts covering the doorway and windows to the celling.
" hey what is this. " Issei walk over to the barrier on the doorway and goes to place his hand on it.
" issei don't touch it." I say to issei trying to warn him as he is about to touch the barrier. I can sense powerful holy energy coming from the barrier it is surely dangerous to us devils.
" what why? "

As issei's hand touched the barrier his hand was repelled, shocked and lightly burnt." OWW " he clutches his hand in pain.
I look at issei as the situation we are now in starts to sink in. " issei I'm sure we just walked into a trap and that barrier is meant to keep us here. "
Issei and Koneko turn to look at Kiba with a worried look. " You mean they knew we were coming? " Said issei
" Please it was so obvious it was almost laughable... if you weren't so pathetic. " A smug voice could be heard coming out of the dark corners of the church as two fallen angels emerged from the dark.
" Donaseek. " I say as I look at the fallen angel wearing a trench coat along with a fedora walk forward. I put my hand on the handle of my sword standing on guard for any attack.
" Hey, hey now don't forget about me. " a high-pitched voice came from the blond haired Loli wearing a goth Lolita dress. " The great fallen angel mittelt. " Said the fallen as she struck a pose as she summoned her pink spear of light.
" About time. " Spoke Koneko as she cracked her knuckles as she looked at the fallen with hostility.
I pull out my sword and eye Donaseek noticing a hidden pathway behind the altar. ' That must be where raynare and Asia are. ' I speak in a low voice to issei who is standing right next to me. " issei me and koneko will deal with these fallen here while you take the hidden passageway and rescue Asia. "
Issei looks at me unsure momentarily before nodding confidently. " You got it Kiba. " However, catching them off guard Donaseek summons his spear of light and charges towards them in a quick speed sending a powerful slash at Kiba cutting into his shoulder knocking him back as he just managed block the spear with his sword preventing the cut from going any deeper.
" KIBA " issei watches as Kiba is knocked back but still standing.
" Go, issei. trust us. " I say to issei with a confident look on my face. He nods as he runs off to the passageway. ' even though I say that I'm not entirely sure how were goning to get out of here. '
Mittlet doesn't bother to stop Issei as he runs right past her she just eyes the white haired loli confidently." seems like it is just you and me huh " mittlet pulls back her arm and throws the spear of light towards koneko.
Koneko evades to the left of the spear just in time it just in time to not be hit as the spear impales the floor where she was just standing. The spear of light glowed brightly before exploding in a small explosion of holy light hurting the small devil as blood could be seen dripping down the right side of her body after that attack. " Tch cheap tricks from a coward. " Said Koneko as she glares at the fallen.
A tick mark appears on her head annoyed by Koneko's remark. " Heh let's see if you'll be able to keep up that attitude. " she summons another spear of light and takes flight.
Donaseek looks over to the fight between mittlet and koneko before turning back to Kiba who already has a few cuts on his body and a bruised face.
I hold my sword tightly in a defensive position now trying to fend off his attacks. ' How? This makes no sense it's like he knows my every move ahead of time. 'In there fast yet short exchange of blows Donaseek has came out on top. He didn't block but rather he stayed on the offensive evading and parry all my attacks. He used a feint multiple times getting me to change my guard before landing a blow.
' Thankfully none of the spots he hit were vital so far and I still have my ace. Holy eraser. if I lead him into a trap and use my holy eraser to destroy his spear of light I can use my other sword to land a decisive blow. ' I watch Donaseeks carefully for any attacks he may launch. sweat drips down my face in anticipation as I have a bad feeling that I cant quite place just yet.
" heh hahaha, " donaseek looks at me with a smug look on his face.
" what's so funny to you fallen? " My grip on my sword tightens in anger as he continues to look down on me.
" your predictability. It is obvious that you plan to use your sacred gear to make that sword... what did you call it again oh yes holy eraser to unarm me then use your other sword in your other hand to finish me off. " He say's casually.
' He knows? How this isn't right none of this felt right since the moment we walked in here. '
" who? " I asked in a inquisitive tone.
" what. "
" who is helping you? You have to much information on us that you shouldn't be able to have. "As say that a image of a person flashes across my mind.
'Hikari? no that can't be right?'
" AGHHHH "The sound of screaming draws him out as he looks over to see the other fallen with her foot pressing against koneko's back as she plunges her spear of light into koneko's shoulder. She struggles a bit more under the foot of Mittelt before passing out from the pain.
" k-koneko " seeing a opening Donaseek dashes forward with his spear thrusting it forward. i notice the spear heading for me but it is to late to react. The spear of light pierces my stomach causing pain to spread throughout my body as i feel the holy light destroy my body from the inside. i feel as my knees begin to collapse undermy weight as i have no more streagth to support myself.
Donaseek pulls out the spear and watches as he falls to the floor. As his vision starts to blur, he hears voices calling out to him. He weakly turn his head to the door of the church and see rias and akeno calling out to him as they rush towards him." R-r-ias " he struggles to call out to her as everything goes black as he fades into unconsciousness.
