Brandon was right in his conclusion in the morning that it was going to rain. It has started after lunch and had continued well into 8 PM in the evening.
It was pouring to the point where the droplets could actually do some damage to his umbrella. This was not even in the weather, however, weather has changed quite quickly since morning. Of course, out of everything it just had to rain that heavily.
How the fuck am I supposed to go home? Would the tubes be working?
Scratch that, how was he supposed to cross to the way to the station? He was definitely going to get wet and he could not risk his laptop bag being wet too.
But I can stay over at the office until it stops. Although the way it looks like, it was not stopping any time soon. It was proper downpour and not just some kind of angry drizzle, slightly bothering towards a storm.
