When the plane landed at Miami Airport in the afternoon, Farah hurriedly took a taxi to the hospital while he went to the hotel alone. As they parted, he reluctantly reminded her,
"If anything happens, call me right away. Don't try to bear it all alone!"
She embraced him, saying,
"Bruno, this time let's not give up on each other, okay?"
