Chapter 47 - Chapter 47: Little Bastard

"Hello, Mr. Qin. I'm Su Zihan, Qin Bao'er's homeroom teacher." Su Zihan assumed Ning Xingchen's last name was also Qin.

Seeing the beautiful woman extend her hand to him, Ning Xingchen smiled faintly and reached out to shake Su Zihan's soft, smooth hand. The exquisite softness made Ning Xingchen secretly marvel, wanting to hold on forever.

Noticing Ning Xingchen subtly rubbing her hand, Su Zihan blushed and quickly withdrew her hand, giving Ning Xingchen a resentful glance. However, she believed Ning Xingchen didn't do it on purpose.

"Hello, Teacher Su. Actually, my last name is Ning. You can call me Xingchen. We seem to be about the same age," Ning Xingchen said with a smile, enchanted by Su Zihan's fragrant scent, which made him feel like he was in a garden of flowers.

Ning Xingchen couldn't help but lament that he never encountered such a beautiful teacher when he was in school. If he had, he would never have skipped class and would have paid full attention every day, completely focused on the teacher.

Su Zihan's alluring figure was indeed too tempting—her full bosom, fair and smooth skin. This kind of stunning beauty made it impossible for Ning Xingchen to take his eyes off her.

"Ahem, Mr. Ning, Bao'er is at the disciplinary office. Please follow me," Su Zihan felt that the man before her didn't seem to care about Qin Bao'er's situation and seemed to have ulterior motives toward her.

Soon, Ning Xingchen and Su Zihan arrived at the disciplinary office.

Su Zihan stepped forward and knocked on the door. Hearing a voice inside say "Come in," she pushed the door open and led Ning Xingchen inside.

Seeing Ning Xingchen, Qin Bao'er was excited and threw herself into his arms, speaking with a tone full of grievance, "Brother Xingchen, you finally came!"

Not far away stood a boy with his head bandaged, lightly dressed in gauze. Beside him was a middle-aged man with a potbelly, wearing gold and silver, looking greasy and heartbroken as he talked to the boy. It was obvious he was the boy's father.

The middle-aged man, upon seeing that Qin Bao'er's guardian was a young man, immediately became displeased, feeling that they were not taking him seriously. Qin Bao'er's parents didn't even bother to come.

"And who are you to Qin Bao'er?" the middle-aged man asked aggressively, walking over with a fierce expression.

"You don't have the right to know my identity!" Ning Xingchen replied coldly. Since the man was so rude, Ning Xingchen didn't bother to show him any respect.

Ning Xingchen's principle was that if someone respected him a bit, he would respect them even more. But whether or not to give respect was entirely up to his mood!

If there was no basic respect, Ning Xingchen would not hesitate to cut them down completely!

"Fine, I don't care who you are. Since you're here, you represent Qin Bao'er's guardian. Qin Bao'er almost crippled my son. You must give me an explanation today, or you won't leave this school!" the middle-aged man said, trying to suppress his anger, his eyes filled with malice as he threatened.

"Oh? Is he missing an arm or a leg? If he's not dead, talk to me again when he is!" Ning Xingchen glanced at the boy who fought with Qin Bao'er, seeing a sly and cunning face despite his young age. This kind of person would grow up to be a menace to society.

Hearing this, Wu Haifeng almost exploded with anger, especially since Ning Xingchen's disdainful look made his eyes flash with intense hatred.

...

"Dad, you have to stand up for me and avenge me. If you came a bit later, I would've been killed by this damn girl!" Wu Bei, ever the actor, began crying and complaining, his voice full of tears.

"Wu Bei, stop pretending. You know exactly what you did. You bully classmates every day. After the first class, you and a few others tried to drag Wenwen into the bathroom. If I hadn't stopped you in time, she would have been violated by you thugs!" Qin Bao'er was furious just thinking about it.

"Shut up, you bitch! Wenwen agreed to it. What's it to you?" Wu Bei cursed. If Qin Bao'er hadn't intervened, he and his buddies might have succeeded.

Hearing this, Yang, the director of the disciplinary office, was shocked and asked Wu Bei, "Is this true?"

Yang felt like a fool, completely kept in the dark by the Wu family. He only knew that Wu Bei was badly beaten but didn't realize there was more to the story.

Wu Bei panicked, not expecting to slip up in his haste. He quickly lied, "Director Yang, don't listen to Qin Bao'er. She's making things up. There's no such thing. She's just violent and crazy, hitting people like a maniac. She's practically a psycho!"

Wu Bei began to slander Qin Bao'er, while Wu Haifeng smirked, pleased with his son's quick thinking.

"There are cameras in the school corridors. We can check the footage to see if it happened," Qin Bao'er said, seeing Wu Bei as no different from scum. He did despicable things and refused to admit them, even looking smug about it.

The reason bad people are so brazen is partly due to the silence and tolerance of good people.

Many of Wu Bei's classmates, both boys and girls, were bullied by his gang but didn't dare speak out. They didn't tell the teachers or their parents, choosing to endure it. They were afraid of Wu Bei's wealthy family background and his potential for violent retaliation.

In the end, Qin Bao'er couldn't stand it anymore and stood up for the weaker students, giving Wu Bei a good beating, leaving him with a broken arm.

When Qin Bao'er mentioned checking the surveillance, Wu Bei panicked. The truth would be clear, so he quickly said, "Director Yang, Wenwen and I were just playing!"

"Playing? Ha! Xiao Kai had urine poured on him by you, Xiao Dong had his hand stabbed with a pen by you, and Wei Yuan had his homework set on fire by you. How do you explain these?" Wu Bei had committed too many wrongs to list them all. Qin Bao'er only mentioned a few examples.

"Qin Bao'er, you're slandering me! You're ruining my reputation!" Wu Bei was nervous but still denied everything, avoiding eye contact with Qin Bao'er.

"Bao'er, you did well. This little bastard, born to a worthless father, deserves to be beaten to death. His entire family must be the same—bullies with no good in them!" Ning Xingchen said coldly.
