When we arrived at the penthouse, there was an unfamiliar face of a man and a woman waiting for us by the foyer. They bent their head in reverence at the sight of Sebastian.
Sebastian moved closer to them and whispered around for a few minutes before he turned around to inform me. "This is Nurse Roe and Doctor Levi, they'll tend to your wound and also collect some of your body fluid to run some tests,".
"I thought it was you who would tend to my wound!" I protested like a spoilt child. As the words left my mouth, I regretted it instantly because I sounded stupid.
"I am not a doctor, Sienna," he grunted walking over to the kitchen and putting an apron on "Don't tell me you fell for the paramedic stuff. That was a lie. Monty, your guard dog wouldn't have allowed you out of his sight, so I had to look for a way. Besides, doesn't it get crowded staying with both of them?"
I stared at Sebastian… wondering why I wasn't angry at the stunt he pulled just now.
