Sebastian POV
My car screeched to a halt at the edge of the beach, sank kicking up as I slammed on the brakes.
Monty had sounded so urgent on the phone and had refused to tell me any other thing stating I needed to come first before he gave me more information. I barely remembered to put the vehicle in the park before I was out the door, my eyes scanning the shoreline frantically.
The address Monty had given me led to this secluded beach that was far from the city. As I felt my feet hit the sand, I spotted two familiar figures pacing near the edge of the water – it was Monty and Chelsea.
Chelsea spotted me first. "Sebastian," she called out, waving me over. Her face was etched with worry, and her usual composure was in tatters as she couldn't stop pacing and biting her fingers.
Taking in a deep breath, I walked towards them, my heart pounding. "What's going on?" I asked scanning the place "Where's Sienna? Wasn't she here?"
