The first city Rudina had plenty of places. Such as shops, inns, taverns, crafting houses, and others. The streets were crowded with players at this moment in time due to the massive hype surrounding the game.
Ferin and Atlas arrived at the city half an hour later, and many players were staring at them curiously. The news in the community forum had spread to others, and everyone knew about their strength already.
They were watching Ferin and Atlas as if they were stalking their prey, waiting for an opportunity to make contact with them. It was pretty annoying and caused Atlas to sigh in exasperation at their actions.
"Let's go to the Hub to finish the quest, take the last Weekly, and then go to the inner area where the date spots are." Atlas suggested to her as they walked through the street. "We have limited time."
"Sure~" Ferin nodded her head and replied with a wide smile on her face, "Where will you take me, At? I hope it's something romantic. And private too, so we can enjoy ourselves."
"Anywhere would be fine for you." He said with a light chuckle and glanced at her. "Everywhere would be wonderful because you're with me."
"How confident." She laughed at his words and poked his cheek with her finger teasingly. "If we're in a romantic mood, then we should find an inn and spend our night there, right?"
"I prefer if we log out after eating at the restaurant." Atlas was well aware of Ferin's intention, but he didn't want to indulge in her desire now. Not in the game, at least. "Let's go. The Night Cycle will start soon. You don't want to miss the sunset, right?"
Ferin pouted but didn't complain when she saw him walking toward the airport. She was still holding his hand and pulled him around like a child throwing a tantrum. It was cute to watch her like this.
"You're lucky I love you so much." Ferin sighed with a sulk on her face before she tightened her grip on his hand and leaned her head onto his shoulder while looking at his face, "Alright, let's go."
The couple arrived at the airport after a few minutes of walking from the outer part of the city. They got inside the aircraft and flew to the Hub to finish their Weekly quest and to take the next mission.
The reward this time was 3000 Nar for each person, a new equipment, and 20 Reputation. After receiving them, they bought a new quest to complete.
Atlas chose to kill a Red Devil Bat at the Snowpeak Mountain. They were Level 19 monsters, fit to be their opponents as they had reached Level 18 and had new equipment. Ferin managed to get armor and loot [Uncommon] boots from the player she killed at the plains.
Afterward, they returned to Rudina City. And Ferin already had an idea.
"Look, At. Can I buy new clothes here? I have enough money already." She pointed at a clothing store while nudging him with her elbow excitedly, "My character is so cute. I want to try more outfits here."
"I guess we can." Atlas knew her so well that he already predicted she would ask him to buy her new clothes. He was surprised that it took her 5 hours to ask him about this.
They had more than 8000 Nar combined from their hunt, quest, and looting players. That was a lot of money in this world, considering their levels.
"Alright! Let's go in." Ferin squealed in joy and pulled Atlas toward the shop while holding his hand tightly. "We have plenty of time to reach Level 20, hehehe. Shopping is more fun."
The couple entered the shop and looked around. Many types of equipment were placed there from weapons, armors, clothes, hats, accessories, and others. Many players were here, too, looking for a new item for themselves to wear.
The shop was big, and it had plenty of places to choose clothes from. It was a great choice to pick their clothes here.
Ferin's eyes sparkled. Her heart was thumping in excitement and wonder as she picked a pair of clothes on the display rack while ignoring all other players and stores nearby.
"Look, At! This is beautiful!" She exclaimed loudly and stared at the red shirt and black pants with a cheerful smile on her face, "And this is cute, too!"
Many players looked at her in jealousy when she showed her enthusiasm in front of the man by her side. Some of the girls also turned at them with curious stares in their eyes.
Ferin's character had a different appearance than her real life. Her height was shorter, around 155 cm, while her real life was 173 cm tall. However, Atlas' character height was 188 cm which was taller than his IRL persona.
However, their names together were bound to make the girls realize something. One of them, a cute girl with cat ears, suddenly approached them with a curious look in her eyes.
"Excuse me," She said and waved her hand at the couple who was busy choosing clothes. "A-Are you Miss Ferin from Magazine Models?"
Ferin glanced at her briefly and nodded her head with a small smile on her face, "Yes. Do you need anything?"
"No... I just wanted to confirm if it really is you." The girl giggled cutely as she smiled brightly at them before pointing at Atlas while looking at Ferin, "Is he Mr. Atlas, your boyfriend from the news?"
Atlas glanced at her too when he heard his name being called and nodded. His reputation in the news wasn't that great.
"Ah, yes. Yes, he is." Ferin blinked twice at her and turned to Atlas with a mischievous smile on her face. "Do you want something from him, perhaps?"
She didn't like being asked by someone, even if it was a cute girl, about her boyfriend when they were in the middle of shopping together. Her left hand moved to hold his hand gently while glaring at the girl.
"N-No, that's not it. U-Umm... I-I am a big fan of Miss Ferin! I watch your videos on Channel 7 on Punch and read many articles about you in Magazine Models."
The girl stammered in embarrassment and explained herself weakly when she noticed Ferin's reaction toward her question, "Y-You are both my favorite model and fashionista, so..."
