"Good morning." Kai greeted as he entered the training room, followed by Kaori, whose eyes remained swollen from a lack of sleep.
"Haaah…" Kaori yawned heavily and waved at Ryu, who waved back with fatigued expressions.
They walked to the far end of the room, where Ryu and Kaida sit and join them.
"Hello!" Risaku echoed behind them.
"Woah!" Kaori leapt up, shocked. "Whose there?" She asked, turning around to face Risaku.
"Oh, Risaku was behind us, laying down the entire time." Kaida brought up a point.
"Oh, i see. I didn't notice him." Kaori responded with an embarrassed chuckle.
Just then, they heard heavy footfall along the passageway.
"That's undoubtedly Maria," Kai remarked.
"Goood morning!" Maria greeted as she entered the room. "Ready to train hard today, everyone?" she asked, her voice carrying a hint of eagerness.
