"Lady Leonardo, if my daughter joins your army, will she be safe considering how good you are as their leader?" asked Duke Shaughnessy to the blonde-haired lady.
"No." replied Evelyn bluntly while shaking her head. "Griselda won't be safe. In fact, she'll be in the most danger than she ever was in her entire life."
The duke looked at her in terror.
"Shouldn't you be convincing me that my daughter will be alive and well if she becomes your knight?"
"I'm not one to lie, Your Grace. Especially regarding the risks of supporting my cause." said Evelyn coldly. "Should Griselda joins my army, she will embark on missions so dangerous and terrifying even the bravest of adventurers and warriors would tremble by the mere tale of it."
"Just what is it that you're trying to achieve Lady Leonardo?"
"What your daughter has been wanting, Your Grace." said Evelyn. "A world without demons."
