"Is she okay? Is she still waiting for us to come back?" asked Dominic quickly as he got out of the car. Jasper, who was aware of Dominic's impatience, nodded without caring that Dominic had just cut him off. His hand deftly closed the car door again after Vano, who was sitting in the back seat, got out and was led by Dominic to come into the house.
"Alexa has been conscious since three hours ago, Boss. She went back to sleep after the doctor examined her, and Flora prepared soft porridge for her meal. But before going to sleep, Alexa reminded me to wake her up when you guys arrive," Jasper informed. Dominic nodded. He guided his son's hand as the trio walked inside to go to Alexa's room.
"So what did the doctor say?" asked Dominic again. Jasper was walking behind Dominic and Vano when he answered the question.
