"Viona, please take Sammy to his room. I will join you later, I have something to discuss with you. It's about the flower shop," Joe said after everyone at the table seemed to have finished their share.
Viona nodded, "Yes sir," she replied briefly and carried Sammy to his room again.
After making sure Viona and Sammy walked without interruption, Joe also got up to go to his room. He ignored his mother who had been silent since the beginning because of Joe's threats.
Unhappy with her eldest son's attitude, Mrs. Kate immediately entered after knocking several times on Joe's open bedroom door, even though Joe had not allowed his mother to enter.
There, Joe was busy preparing the files that he would bring to the office.
"Joe, that's enough. You're too much," Mrs. Kate immediately protested her son's behavior, "I've been quiet at the dinner table in exchange for you listening to my requests, so let's talk now,"
