Joe let out a rough breath. He was tired after a long day at the office, doing extra work because Ben was on vacation.
"Good night, Boss. Have a nice rest..." his secretary ushered Joe into his car. Rather than lessening, his tiredness increased as the problem that had been neglected by work now came back to mind.
His argument with his mother again made Joe dizzy, " How long are you going to give up and soften your heart, Mom? I do not want to keep fighting and hurting your heart..." Joe muttered sadly.
Joe tried to close his eyes as the car seemed to be moving.
' I should shower and go to bed when I get home. Surely Sammy is already resting with Viona...' he thought.
"Viona..." he said as he opened his eyes again. Joe's smile lifted as he recalled the previous two ridiculous incidents, the kiss at the hospital and Viona's embarrassed face when he teased her this morning.
