"This man knows some true things about Aurora. I wanted to share it with you," Kristie said, pointing at the man standing by the door. His clothes were tattered and dirty. His smell engulfed the room, making their noses twitch.
"What is your intention?" Susie stated, glaring at her, then sent a disgusted look at the man, turning her gaze to her husband.
Understanding what she meant, Bernat frowned. "Get this man out," he ordered. The steward trembled; he bowed and walked closer to chase the man out.
"Stop!" Kristie yelled, making the steward stop. "Father, hear from him first, then do whatever you see fit."
