"Rika, let's head back now. I don't want to let you out of my sight for some time. You will cooperate with us, right?"
Emily's eyes begged Rika to consider her and not deny her what she was asking for.
The beta was already weak to Emily's begging eyes, so she had no choice but to sigh and surrender to her. There was no way Rika would be able to deny Emily anything.
"Alright, we can head back and do things your way. I did give you a choice about it after all."
Rika agreed, and Emily beamed at her. But there was a darkness behind that beaming smile that Rika could notice.
"Good! It is a good thing that you agreed so quickly, Emily. But it's a shame as well. If you refused, I would have taken you here and now. Look, this is how hard I am for you."
Rika sometimes forgot that the alpha before her had no sense of shame.
