Many years ago humans and monsters once coexisted with each other. Humans lived with monsters and monsters lived with humans. All humans look similar to each other while monsters are the opposite, each monster possessed a unique look. Even after years of coexisting with each other we just couldn't get used to each other, and as a result of this a line was drawn between the two races, we were too different. And the main difference was neither the difference in culture nor they're appearance, it was..... in our souls. They could take ours, but we couldn't take theirs, so we started a war, because we were afraid. Monsters and humans fought..... Monsters lost and humans prevailed. The humans brought seven of their strongest mages and sealed the remaining monsters underground and overtime forgetting monsters and eventually magic.

Now we are in the present as we follow a young boy wandering Mount Ebott, unknowing of the hardships he'll encounter in the future.
