"What's wrong, Mom?"
"You..."
"Yes?"
"You didn't tell me you got married!" Keiko began sobbing tears of joy over the video call.
Kai groaned and smacked his forehead. "I did not get married."
"You didn't?" She sniffed.
"No!"
"T-Then..."
"I'm not married," Kai confirmed.
"O-Oh," she whimpered.
"Mama, stop," Kai sighed.
"B-But..."
"It's fine. Liam is awesome. And we're a perfect match. So, yeah, I'll marry him."
"Oh!" Keiko squealed.
"But not today," Kai added.
"Awww," she pouted.
"Mom," Kai complained.
"What? I'm excited."
"But why did you cry?"
"My son is all grown up. Proud of you, Kai."
"You are?"
"Yes, I am. I'm so happy."
"Okay, is that all?" Kai asked.
"No."
"Then what else?"
Keiko backed away from the computer a bit. She then lifted up her shirt.
"How's rash?"
"Mom!"
