Mika's wedding day suddenly arrived. Kai put on a playlist full of anime theme songs for the entire car ride, which he belted his heart out to. It proved to be a beneficial distraction from the thoughts swirling in Liam's mind, as his partner was unable to even think about the way the blonde had been obnoxiously singing.
Liam entered the parking garage, which was near where Mika and Aiden's wedding venue would be located. He didn't understand why they were getting married at a luxury resort two hours from home, but it wasn't his decision to make.
The two stepped out of the car. Kai adjusted his tie and looked down at his shoes.
"Having to rent these suits was stupid," Liam grumbled. "The suits are stupid. I've never worn one, and I never will again."
"I don't disagree," Kai chuckled. "But it's part of the wedding's dress code."
"It's a dumb dress code for a dumb wedding."
