In a green forest, a mysterious lady wept under a tree. "Oh Asmodeus, why? Why did you do this to me? I don't know what to do. You took my power, why? Why?" she cried out in anguish. Suddenly, a man approached her. "Who are you? What happened to you?" he asked. His name is Mahendran and he is our hero of our story 

1 DAY BEFORE:

There lived a man named Mahendran, known for his unparlleled bravery and leadership as the Knight's commander at the age of 16. Throughout his life, fear was a foreign concept to him, earning him the reputation as the kindest person in his realm.

In the kingdom of Lemuria, resided Princess Shakuntala, whose parents, the king and queen, pondered her marriage to Mahendran. With no male heir to succeed them, they sought a worthy spouse for their daughter, and Mahendran embodied all the qualities of an ideal ruler. 

Despite Shakuntala's deep affection for Mahendran, he remained stoic and focused on his duty to protect his people, never reciprocating her love. Despite her efforts to capture his attention, she found herself constantly over looked. One day, Shakuntala summoned the courage to ask Mahendran for combat training. Shakuntala: "Could you teach me some fighting skills?"

Mahendran: "Of course, my honorable lady." And thus, their training began.

However, Shakuntala couldn't bear the sight of Mahendran's enchanting countenance during their sessions. Overwhelmed with emotion, she fled to her chamber, consumed by shame and confusion over her unrequited feelings.at the same time, Shakuntala's father harbored a secret affection for the dancer Padma.
