"Greetings, Players."
In the same place Ertex was not too long ago, with the same hologram that was present back then, other people were summoned.
Among them was a stunning woman that had the same expression as a certain someone.
She was wearing casual clothes with an apron on top since she was just about to finish baking a pie, while her very dark black hair was tied in a ponytail. Her eyes were brown with a beauty mark underneath the right one. Even though she was in her early forties, her face showed no signs of wrinkles or other impurities, almost shining, thus making her seem no older than 25.
After she heard what that woman said, she checked her panel.

'The Fake?'
While she was quite surprised when she saw her stats, what she was the most confused about was her class. She had no abilities that helped her pretend to be someone that she isn't, nor she had the personality to do so since she was one of the most honest and straightforward person there is. So what were classes based off of? She had no idea.
After she finished inspecting, monsters began to appear. While everyone hurried to take their weapons, she stood there calmly, slowly stretching our her hand, her eyes beginning to shine.
When a goblin was just about to stab her, an immense ray of fire melted him and everything in its path. The ray shown no signs of stopping, continuing to grow bigger and bigger, bursting through the 10 meters wall destroying it completely. The monsters from outside didn't even have the time to process anything before they disintegrated.

[An additional 25,000 coins have been added due to being the first Player that killed every single threat in this trial!]
Besider her, everyone else remained level one, their EXP bar not changing a bit. While stupefied, everyone wanted to thank her but she vanished instantly. More and more began to, once again making everyone panic.

Arga arriving, glanced at her surroundings. She saw lots of buildings and people roaming around. Out of nowhere, she felt she was being watched so she looked at the direction she felt she was watched from, her heart dropping.
There stood a tall man with his messy black hair that was even darker than hers. Emerald green eyes that were never serious, with a well defined jawline. No facial hair was present since he didn't like having a beard. He was wearing the same designer clothes she saw him leave this morning with, these being black pants, a black hoodie and a white t-shirt underneath.
'Ertex?'
With extreme worry in her eyes, she hurried towards him.
.....
'Jeez, level 17? And the same amount of coins as me? Did she also get an achievement?'
Ertex wouldn't be surprised, seeing her stats.
When Arga reached him, she hugged him tightly and instantly began questioning him.
"Are you alright? Did anything happen to you? Are you hurt somewhere?"
He laughed softly seeing her like that, hugging her too.
"Of course I'm alright. As if I'll get injured that easily. What about you?"
"I'm alright. I'm alright."
Ertex nodded, patting her back.
After they broke the hug and Arga checked if he was lying, she had a question.
"What's this place?"
Ertex shrugged.
"No idea. Edna!"
"H-huh?"
Apparently, Edna was still there, secretly looking at them.
"What's this place?" Ertex repeated the question.
'You didn't look like you cared before, though..' Edna deadpanned before answering.
"This is where the newbies start and teams are made. Most of the time, there are 4 rounds of survivors. A leaderboard will be shown after the last survivors are placed here showing everyone's levels, and people that want to advance will try to recruit the first places. With a team, you challenge trials and if you are acknowledged by the gods, you move up. This is also the place where these gods will sponsor the promising talents."
"Sponsor?" Arga asked.
Edna nodded.
"Yes. If a god will sponsor someone, that someone will be able to gain money, equipment and in rare cases even some abilities from that god. In return, the person sponsored will be forced to accomplish every task his sponsor gives him."
'So basically... be strong.' Ertex thought as he looked at the starting place, seeing fewer people appearing than before.
"It seems they are the last. Where will the leaderboard be shown?"
"Downtown."
.
.
.
"... and where is this?"
Edna sighed.
.
.
.
"We've arrived just in time." Edna said, looking up a bit, seeing a big floating screen slowly updating, Ertex and Arga doing the same.
< 1 - Kleiss Ertex - Lv. 25>

After the names were shown, their ranks appeared above their heads. When Arga saw he son's name standing at first place, she was overjoyed and congratulated him a lot.
Edna, on the other hand, like everyone else... was speechless.
Admittedly, it didn't pass that much time since she was suddenly summoned, maybe 2 months, but she thought nothing would surprise her anymore. But she was wrong.
She never saw someone that had a level 17 after the first trial, let alone level 25. In just a day, someone almost reached her level of 2 months...
She had no idea how to feel about that.
While Edna was in her thoughts, many opportunists tried to recruit them in their teams, even offering them leadership.
Ertex, not interested right now about that, he looked for a certain regressor. Not finding him anywhere, he quickly thought of why he didn't.
"Can you do trials alone?" he asked Edna.
She only nodded, not really perceiving the question.
'Of course..' he said as he chuckled.
"Mom."
"Yeah?"
"Let's make a team."
Just when she was about to accept, floating notifications obstructed her view.
[??? wants to sponsor you!]
[??? wants to sponsor you!]
[??? wants..]
Five sponsors.
Everyone who saw it couldn't believe their eyes.
They never saw someone with more than 2! So how was that possible?!
Ertex saw that some other newbies were being sponsored, but only one notification appeared for them.
He couldn't really laugh at them, since he had none.
Seeing that, Edna was more surprised than seeing Arga getting sponsored by 5 gods.
"You... didn't get any?"
He didn't respond.
