Chapter 34 - 34. New Laws Part 1

In these five years the survey of archaeologist of all the mosques and churches was completed and they have found thousands of these mosques and hundreds of churches that were built over temples of Sanatan gods.

After a brief debate it was decided that all these mosques and churches will be destroyed and the temples will be rebuilt in the old style and the mosques and churches will be built somewhere nearby. During this time all the temples that were damaged or destroyed under mughal and British rule were rebuilt and renovated like the Mumbai goddess temple in mumbai, Shakti peeth in pakistan that were damaged in the time it took to require it etc.

All the money needed for this work will come from donations and from the money that is given to all the religious institutions by devotees and managed by government. Afterall this money can only be used in building and maintaining religious institutions, funding hospitals and in case of some economical crisis or helping people who lost their livelihood in natural disaster.

I also came to know that those useless government employees in education ministry that are getting fat sitting all day in their chairs have instead of showing our people the truth of our knowledge have printed the mathematical formulas and theorums in the name of those foreign thieves who published our knowledge in their name.

The education minister who was busy in ensuring that our history books don't glorify warmongers and foreign dacoits and invaders from Arab and Europe learned of this very late.

When I came to know about this I immediately ordered all these employees who were part of making the mathematics books to be fired. New and capable staff that was a mixture of some old men who knew about the old texts of philosphers like Aryabhatta and young men who were willing to do the work with most efficiency instead of just doing the bare minimum.

To ensure that the future government employees are efficient and don't make people wait in line for hours at post office for simple work on the name server problem and lunch break I stablished a 3 strike and meritocracy based system.

If a complaint is posted for a government employee for 3 days in a weak or more than 5 complains in a day, whether they are for same thing or different he is fired. The number of complains should also be steadily decreasing. This task will become easier in future when security cameras will be made. Till than we will have to work with eye witnesses and testimony of other staff.

As for those who work effectively and efficiently are rewarded with increased salary, more perks etc.

Seeing that most of our media is run by politician's support and the blatant show of bias which was shown in 21st century, I made a public media company under the leadership of my brother and sister, Shakti Singh and Priya Singh and a journalist friend of mine, Keshav. The company was name Keshav Networks.

This company will show news, family shows of all types not saas-bahu shows, yoga by professional not frauds like the ramdev baba of 21st century, sports, movies etc.

While all this was going on Congress decided to put forward some laws in lok sabha in 1954 but were put on hold as election was very near and these laws could lead to riots.

Now in the monsoon session of lok sabha these bills were brought forward again for discussion.

The first was on polygamy. Congress wants to ban polygamy for all religious groups other than muslims. There was serious debate over it. When the Congress was asked why the muslims are not included in this bill they said because of Muslim Personal Law Application Act of 1937.

We countered that we are willing for this Act because our country can't support polygamy when our population consist of less than 50% women. But first this law will be applicable all over India and their will be no favourable treatment to any caste, culture or any community and every citizen of India will come under this law.

Secondly dowry in any way or form is prohibited whether it is in form of cash, gold or so called gifts. The family of groom and bride will bear all the expenses of wedding equally. All the jwellery bought for rituals will come from grooms pocket or has to be given out of bride's families complete willingness.

Thirdly, a daughter has equal right in property of her father and husband as her brothers and sons and could not be passed over for her brothers in father's property. Even if the father makes a will in favour of one family member or someone else he has to leave something for each member of his family (meaning wife and all children).

After these amendment in this act it was passed and India became a completely monogamous country from now on.

Next Congress proposed setting up a board (waqf board) for muslims that excercise control over mosques, graveyard and religious waqfs. While this law may sound nice and all but the problem comes that they want this board to have authority to aquire land for building mosques and graveyards.

This board if not managed strictly than they can take advantage advantage of this authority like what happened in future. How they acquired more than 8 lakh acres of land much more than land of Sanatan temples which actually decreased from 5.25 lakh acres in 1985 to 3.25 lakh acres in 2023.

Why do they want a institution for muslims only which only consist of roughly 25 percent of population of India even now after Bangladesh and Pakistan being included in India, need more land than temples for Sanatan religion which consist of 73 percent of population I will never know.

Secondly does christian, jews or other religions don't want their own religious places or burial ground, so why are only muslim given a board for this purpose.

On this argument this act was not passed and will never be passed until there is a board for every religion in India which cannot run independently and completely answers to government are made.
