Chapter 28 - 28. Preparation for Future Revolution 2

1951, India

The states and their borders have been decided and will be implemented in the next elections. For now district borders and how will they be administered is being decided. It was decided that the Panchayat system of villages needs to be abolished as they don't know the law.

So a court with one judge in villages, 3 judges in the highest court of the District for criminal cases and depending on civilian cases either 1 or 3 so that there is no possibility of a tie, 5 judges in high court of the state and depending on civilian cases either 1, 3 or 5 judges. In supreme court a jury of 13 members will decide for the criminal cases and again depending on civilian cases fewer memberay sit in odd number so that there is no possibility of a tie.

Many ex nobles and princes are investing in businesses and opening their own businesses and finally bringing the old money out of their vaults and circulating it in the economy. There is also a ban on the current and next 2 generation of nobles and princes from entering the politics.

The cows and ox are being bought from foreign nations and being cross breeded with Indian cows so that they produce more milk and to increase the immunity against small pox. There will be enough cows and ox by 1955 to provide a pair of each to 10 families per village and it will continue till every receives a pair of both.

Kendra Vidyalaya are being constructed in major cities. Our target is to have one Kendra Vidyalaya in every District by 1955. The courses are prepared according to my specification.

Along with KVs we are reconstructing Takshila and Nalanda University. They will be the greatest university in the world once again, I will ensure that. And to appease other states a university specialising in some subjects will be built in every state while Takshila and Nalanda will specialise in every field.

History, politics, and geography are taught through comics and kesalay books and are a non grading subject till 10th class. Two languages are compulsory in every school the regional language and the bharati language along with any additional language they want to learn.

School's teaching will be less about theoretical knowledge and will comprise of mostly practical knowledge going hand in hand with theoretical knowledge. This will broaden their scope and understanding of the subject and will give them experience. Students will be encouraged to ask questions in class about subjects and if the teacher can't answer them than they both will research it together and if they don't answer than the teacher will lose their job.

While, the scholarship are given to poor students but they will have to maintain high performance in atleast one subject or sports. We can't let talents like Ramanujan go to waste.

The students of class 9-12 that are interested in science and mechanics will be allowed to work on these things in their free time or after school hours in which 50% revenue is given to students and the rest is given to school management. Similarly different student run clubs could be opened that are supervised by a teacher.

Students from class 5 will clean their classes on their own on a rotational basis on their role numbers. Similar process will be followed in government offices with existing sweeper being the teachers for teaching children about cleaning and sanitation. A ban on littering on government property and roads is also put with person found littering fined by having to clean whole platform or a particular area of road depending on his littering.

Two officials will be on duty in every coach of the train to ensure no one is littering in the train or throwing garbage outside the train. If found littering or throwing garbage outside you will have to clean the whole coach of the train. This will save a lot of money spent on the salary of the janitor staff and will spread a message on responsibility and cleanliness.

As providing water and drainage in villages will take a lot of time and money that's why portable toilets are being provided in every village and town which doesn't have proper water supply and drainage system.

Similarly portable toilets will be built in market areas and crowded places. All the waste from these toilets will be transferred to the nearest biofuel plants built by my company and Tata industries in a partnership. This will provide natural fertilizer to farmers and the fuel produced from this industry can be used to decrease imports of oil and gas to India.

To reduce the cost of domestic flights Tata industries and my company have collaborated to produce smaller and faster planes which will weigh less and use less fuel and will establish a airlines of our own in future either in partnership or seprate. And using idea of Deccan airlines we will not provide magazines or books and such for small 2-3 hour flight, hiring retired pilots from air force for three years in which they can work as they will not ask too high salaries and similiar things to reduce cost.

We have started building a pipeline from Iran to India to import oil. A pipeline from Russia to India has also been confirmed but it's building process will begin after Indo - Iran pipeline.

A team of geographists have been employed for designing roads with engineers and for finding streams in mountainous areas and windy areas where mini hydel power plants and windmills could be installed to generate renewable source of energy.

And selling of non recyclabe and non renewable resources for unnecessary things are banned like selling coal in winter for warming up and for ironing clothes, etc.
