Chapter 25 - Chapter 24: Facing A Trap And Creatures

Aether took a deep breath and looked at the half-dragon creature standing in front of him. He knew that this was not the time to hesitate. Aether tried to analyze the environment and the knowledge he read, then also tried to find Ronan's weak points. "Tch, why does it have to be now? Moreover, he can't use my sword anymore." The Aether

The creature started to move, and Aether quickly jumped to the side to avoid the large claw that hit the floor where he was standing. The roar echoed throughout the room, sending dust and stone chips flying through the air. Aether tries his magic techniques on Ronan with Firebolt, Giant Fireball, Dragon Teeth on Ronan, however, it doesn't have any effect. "Hump, what kind of attack is this! Want to play with a child!" Aether tried again with consecutive attacks and still had no effect on Ronan, which only made him even more furious. "Graaaaahhh!!! Enough pleasantries. Come here, you little human!"

"Tch, this will only make my magic run out, I'd better use intelligence and faster analysis," thought the panting Aether while avoiding Ronan's attack. She watched the creature's every move, looking for patterns or weaknesses. In those few tense seconds, she saw that Ronan always stopped for a moment before launching an attack with his left claw.

Aether took a deep breath and waited for the right moment. When Ronan raised his claws to attack again, Aether quickly rolled to the side and picked up an extremely sharp Black Flame stone from the floor and covered it with a huge amount of magic. "Take This, Ugly Lizard!" Aether threw it with all his might towards Ronan's eyes.

A scream of pain erupted from Ronan's mouth as the stone hit its target. "Aaaaggghhh!! Damn you!" Aether took advantage of that moment to activate "Wind Sprint" Then, ran towards another door on the side of the room, hoping to find a way out of this dungeon. "Hey, Don't Run." Ronan's scream indicates that Ronan will soon recover and chase him.

Aether ran as fast as he could through the narrow passage full of traps. Every step must be taken carefully. Aether dodged poison arrows that came out of the walls, jumped over large holes in the floor, and ducked under fast-moving iron rods.

After several tense minutes, Aether arrived in another large room. This room was different; the walls are decorated with strange paintings depicting battles and victories. In the center of the room, there was a large statue of what looked like an armored knight with an unsheathed sword.

"What's this?" whispered Aether as he approached the statue. As she approached, the statue suddenly moved, and a rumbling sound could be heard throughout the room. The statue of the knight came to life and began attacking her with its shining greatsword.

Aether retreated quickly, trying to find a way to defeat the statue. She observed the statue's movements and realized that its movements were stiff and slow. With his cleverness, Aether can avoid attacks and look for gaps to attack back.

Aether took a small black and red sword from the front that was lying in the corner of the room, perhaps a relic from the previous defeated fighter. Carefully, she waited for the right moment. When the statue swung its sword, Aether jumped behind it and pierced the joint on the statue's back.

The statue stopped moving, and the rumbling sounds stopped. Aether breathed a sigh of relief, but she knew that this wasn't over yet. At the front of the room, a large door with a strange symbol seemed to glow. Aether approached the door and felt a strong magical aura.

She touched the symbol, and the door opened slowly, revealing stairs that descended deeper into the dungeon. Aether took a deep breath and began to descend the stairs, which led Her to the next challenge which might be more difficult.

The stairs took Aether to a room that was bigger, darker, and scarier than the previous room. The walls were covered with strange moss and vines, giving the impression that this place had been abandoned for centuries. In the middle of the room, stood Ronan, a half-dragon, looking at him with eyes gleaming with anger.

"Welcome back, Aether," Ronan growled, his voice like a roar of thunder. "You made it this far, but here your journey ends."

Aether clenched his fists, trying to calm himself. "No way, come here if you dare," said Aether, Aether knew that fighting Ronan required more than just physical strength. Smart and calculating, She began to observe the surroundings, looking for anything that could help him in this battle.

Ronan stepped forward, his huge claws scraping the stone floor. Aether felt fear creeping up, but he refused to back down.

She had to fight, and she had to win.

"Why are you here, Ronan?" Aether asked, trying to stall for time. "What are you guarding in this place, and what do you want?"

Ronan laughed, the sound of laughter echoed throughout the room. "You will never understand, weak human. This is a place of power, a secret place that no one should know about."

Aether took advantage of that moment to move to the side, surrounding Ronan, looking for a weak point he could attack. "Oh I see, then I have to find out," she said, his voice firm even though his heart was pounding.

Ronan swung his claws quickly, but Aether was ready. she jumped out of the way, and quickly realized that Ronan was a little slower than before. The wound on his eye that he made earlier was still affecting him.

Aether saw a pillar in the corner of the room that looked fragile. She got an idea. She ran towards the pillar, hoping to lure Ronan into attacking. Ronan, angry that his attack missed, gave chase quickly. "Aghh!! Come here you little runt!"

When Ronan was close enough, Aether jumped to the side, and Ronan hit the pillar with full force. The pillar collapsed, and large rocks fell on Ronan's body, pinning him under the rubble. Aether attracts the remaining debris with "Slime Binding" to attract the debris which makes Ronan even more squeezed. Ronan Roars in pain "*Illness*, Impossible!"

Aether wasted no time. she took out the small sword she found earlier and ran towards the trapped Ronan. With one swift and decisive strike, he pierced Ronan's neck, ending the battle.

Ronan let out a final growl before his body went limp and his eyes closed. Aether panted, feeling the adrenaline coursing through his body. "What? How can this sword be so powerful?"

Suddenly In the corner of the room, another portal began to glow, as if responding to his victory. Aether approached the portal, feeling a powerful and mysterious aura.
