Chapter 20 - Chapter 19: Nahinni Valley

When they finally reached Nahha village, the atmosphere in the village was quiet and eerie. The village is located on the edge of the Nahinni Valley, surrounded by dense forests and steep hills. The villagers seemed cautious, as if they were used to the arrival of foreigners looking to mine for gold.

Aiden led his group into the village with careful steps. They are greeted by an old man in Indiana clothing, who appears to be the chief. The old man watched them with sharp eyes.

"Welcome to Nahha," the chief said hoarsely. "What is your purpose in coming here?"

Aiden came forward and saluted. "Before that we apologize, we were on our way to the Temple of Light, and we had to pass through the Nahinni Valley. We heard many stories about this place, and we wanted to get guidance and protection."

The chief nodded slowly. "Do you guys know about the rumors in this valley?"

Aiden answered "Yes, we already know that the Nahinni Valley is a dangerous place.

The old man then said with a straight face "That... You know, it's not like you shouldn't come here."

Heather Explained "Well Sir, We Are Going To The Temple Of Light Here."

Then the old man immediately understood their goal, "Hooh, so you want to go there. Indeed, this road is a shortcut, but many people don't come back when they go there." Then, the old man explained again, "Many come with the intention of seeking wealth, but only a few return. We will help you as best we can."

Beatrice Excited "Wow...Thanks Cash-"

"But remember, not everything in this valley can be explained by common sense." Said the old man who lit up Beatrice's words

Beatrice approached the chief cautiously. "If I may know, what can you tell us about the creatures in this valley? We heard many scary stories."

The chief took a deep breath. "There are many creatures in this valley, some of which are very dangerous. However, the most feared are the vengeful spirits who are said to be the spirits of miners who died tragically. They guard the riches of the valley in a terrible way."

Leona, who had been silent for a long time, finally spoke. "We'll be careful. Thank you for the warning. Can you tell us the safest path to the Temple of Light?"

The chief gave them a simple map and explained the route they should take. "Follow this path, but stay alert. Don't stray from the designated path, and don't disturb anything that looks strange or unnatural."

After getting directions, Aiden's group decided to rest for a while in Nahha village before continuing their journey. They set up camp on the edge of the village and prepared themselves for the next day.

That night, they sat around a campfire, talking about what they had encountered in the valley. Aiden reminded everyone to stay focused and not let their guard down. "Remember, we have to take care of each other. Whatever happens, we will get through this together."

While they were talking there, the old man suddenly came. "Hey! All of you, I'll warn you before you sleep. Later you have to be careful of The White." After that he immediately left leaving them confused.

As the night progressed, they began to feel a strange presence around them. Strange and difficult to explain sounds were heard all around them, and the sounds echoed each other. Elena approached Aether and whispered, "You felt that too, right?"

Aether nodded slowly. "Yeah, something's not right here. We have to stay alert."

"Hey, let's just kill him!" Said Finn, who was emotional because he was so stupid about that creature.

"Hey! Finn, we have to be careful. You remember Aiden's member who was killed by them." Heather said firmly

Feeling tense, they then tried to take turns sleeping while keeping the campfire burning. The night seemed very long, but they made it through without incident.

In the morning, after a short breakfast, they immediately started their journey to the Nahinni Valley with caution. The atmosphere in the valley became increasingly tense as they got deeper into it. Aiden led the way at the front, while Leona and Beatrice guarded the back, making sure no one was left behind.

Their journey was slow and filled with caution. Every step was taken carefully, every sound was paid close attention. They know that danger can come at any time, from anywhere.

Suddenly, Aether stopped and signaled the others to be quiet. "There's something ahead," he whispered.

Everyone crouched, trying to see what was in front of them. In the distance, they saw a large shadow moving through the trees. The shadow looked like a large animal, but its movements were strange, almost unnatural.

Aiden signaled the others to remain calm. "We must remain quiet and not make any sudden movements," he said in a low voice. "Let the creature pass."

With bated breath, they waited until the sound disappeared into the distance. Once they felt safe, they continued their journey more carefully. Every step was taken with great vigilance, knowing that they were in a place filled with mystery and danger.

The journey to the Temple of Light was still long, and they had to be ready to face whatever lay ahead. With determination and courage, they continued their journey, hoping to reach their destination safely.

Leona, who was walking in the back row, suddenly stopped and called out to one of her members, and it turned out that she was Madeline who Elena had met before. Madeline is Leona's student who has illusion magic skills, which can see events and paths that are hidden from plain sight.

"Madeline," Leona called firmly. "Use the Illusion magic Called Clairvoyance to guide us on the right path. We can't risk getting lost in this place."

Madeline nodded and sat cross-legged on the ground. He closed his eyes and began to chant in a low voice. A soft light began to envelop his body, and his eyes opened with a magical glint. With shining eyes, he looked in a direction that no one else could see.

"I can see the way," said Madeline in a calm but confident voice. "Follow me."

Madeline stood up and started walking, leading the group with steady steps. The light from her clairvoyant eyes radiated like a magical compass, showing a safe path among dense trees and rugged rocks.

Their journey continued more smoothly under Madeline's guidance. Every time they approached danger, Madeline would signal them to stop or take a detour. Thanks to his magic, they managed to avoid the traps and dangers hidden in the valley.

After several hours of careful travel, they arrived at an open plain with a magnificent view. In the distance, they could catch a glimpse of the peak of the Temple of Light, shining under the sunlight.

"We're almost there," Aiden said in a relieved voice. "Stay alert. This may be the most dangerous part of our journey."

Madeline stopped her magic and wiped the sweat from her forehead. "We have to be careful. There's a strange energy I feel around those trees."

Elena, who was standing next to Madeline, nodded in agreement. "We have to be prepared for anything. Who knows what is waiting for us there."

Leona signaled everyone to prepare. "Remember, we've come this far. We can't back down now. We must unite and face whatever is in front of us."

With renewed vigor, the group continued their journey towards the Temple of Light. Their every step was taken carefully, every movement carefully monitored. They know that their greatest test may still lie ahead, but with courage and unity, they are confident they can face it.

Aiden, who was walking in front, felt his heartbeat speed up. He knew that this trip would test their limits, but he also knew that they were well prepared. With Madeline, Leona, and the rest of his team, he was confident they could achieve their goal and uncover the mystery hidden behind the Temple of Light.

In silence, they walked towards their destination, ready to face the final challenge on their next epic journey.
