Chapter 15 - PASSION IGNITED

I was a few blocks from home, and walking seemed ideal. Thinking to myself; this wouldn't be the last time I would hear from Will. He is a monster; he will derail everything from me; then, without a filter, he will speak at a very inappropriate time that I may not see coming. I will deal with it when it comes to that, though It promoted thoughts.

I know this isn't deep, we are only starting to know each other. I wonder if Ell is the short form of; what is her full name, and why she calls herself Venus everywhere else online; get to know basic things. Meanwhile, I'm loving how this is going, I don't want to jinx it with unnecessary questions, whatever will come up will, and if she decides to tell me well, that will be a trusting point earned.

I do know why she called; the sex was so good she couldn't stay away for too long, how many days has it been? She didn't give any hint of her wanting to smash again, did I miss it? Is it true what Will says, I have lost sight and can't see anything from a mile away coming to ladies. He should school me? What? If there is something else, I will be willing to oblige, I can't resist her.

I was glad she called; I would love to hang out again. She was more than good company. I just hope she isn't one of those crazy girls who show up on your doorstep unannounced. If she is a psycho, you will find her in your house, and she has made herself at home. Pray she hasn't made an extra key, but if she is a mastermind of picking locks, then you are in trouble. Let's see what kind she is.

In front of my building, looking around, she wasn't on the scene yet. Debating whether to call her or not, if she arrived early, she would have probably called, maybe she was in the building already. Curious about what I will find, I enter the apartment.

She wasn't lurking in the corridors. I unlock the door, and she isn't in sight either; good, she is the normal kind. I relax. I didn't make a mistake bringing her back here. She is sophisticated and elegant, she deserves something better than town hotels or Airbnb, and besides, I don't have their services at hand.

I go to the bedroom and change out of the gruff three-piece suit; I love suits, they make me look sharp and very sophisticated. My mother says handsome. People take me more seriously, and some respect me too much for my own good; clothes make a man.

I get into something soft; dark grey sweats and a light dark grey shirt. Heading to the kitchen, I make myself a drink. I give her a call as I sip the contents. She picks up after the third ring and answers like a robot, there were no emotions in her voice even though she sounded pleasant. She will join me shortly. That was a nice response.

It was more of a receptionist telling you to wait for a moment, you will be attended to shortly. I understand that it is polite to utter such words, but I always see the malice underneath. One would rather say what they think politely, not a repeated phrase over and over under the guise of being professional.

She was coming; I wasn't going to let that little exchange bother me and ruin our unplanned evening. I walk around the house, opening the windows and pushing curtains aside to let in fresh air. Opening the balcony doors, as always, the view is always different, talk about creation. The sun was setting beautifully, blazing orange over the sky, I was mesmerized, and my cherry mood was back.

If she doesn't show up, it is okay; something came up, totally understandable; her job comes first. My glass is empty, and I needed something to nibble on. I headed straight for the fridge to make a snack when I heard the doorbell. I didn't hear anyone being announced.

Opening the door, there she was, smiling, her eyes twinkling. She was in rugged jeans that accentuated her curves, paired with a white buttoned blouse that revealed a hint of cleavage, adding a sleek blazer and a touch of sophistication. The high heels elongated her legs, adding a touch of power to the overall look. I was taken aback just to take her in.

Carrier bags in her hands caught me off guard, I had to help with those. Surprised, she showed up, anyway, she did say she was coming. Smiling back at her, I take the bags and welcome her inside. Placing them on the counter, she locks the door behind her. She joins me on the island, takes off her coat, and lays it on one of the island seats.

"I haven't said hello; where are my manners."

I gather her into my arms and give her a tight hug, breathing her sweet scent. My Hands wander over her flimsy top, going lower to the waist as her hands wound around my neck. We remain in the intense lockup for a while before we break the hug, but nobody moves.

Gazing into her eyes, her breathing more pronounced, bet I could hear her heartbeat; leaning in to softly press my lips against hers. The kiss is slow and longing, filled with desire, as we lose ourselves in each other. Her hands slide down my chest, sending shivers down my spine, and I pull her closer to me, wanting to feel every inch of her against me.

The hunger, and passion spread, surging through our pressed bodies, melting into each other as the kiss deepens. I feel her hands grazing my back and neck, pulling me closer, and I lose myself in the moment. Time seems to stop as we continue to explore each other's lips, tongues, dancing in sync

The intensity of the kiss leaves me breathless, craving more of her intoxicating taste. Finally, we break the kiss, our breaths heavy and hearts racing. We lock eyes, a silent understanding passing between them. I can't wait to explore every inch of her, to dive deeper into this whirlwind that is between us. The urgency taking control, I lift her up and head to the bedroom. I can't help but smile.
