Sun Jack ended the communication and looked toward AA, who held a cup of water with both hands, which she had poured for him.
"What a mess," Sun Jack shook his head, ready to disregard what Si Ai had just said.
But whenever he saw AA's face, the conversation would involuntarily pop back into his mind like a brain worm that couldn't be shaken off. "Could it be that AA isn't into men?"
Sun Jack knew that if he didn't clarify this matter, it would likely keep nagging at him.
Rather than that, it was better to just ask directly, as it wasn't a big deal anyhow.
"AA, can I ask you something personal? You don't have to answer if you don't want to."
"Sure, you can ask me anything," AA immediately sat up straight.
Sun Jack rested his chin in his hand and pondered for a long time, not quite sure how to broach the subject. "I mean... what kind of person do you like?"
"What?" AA tilted her head in confusion, clearly not understanding Sun Jack's meaning.
