Regarding the hanging coffins of Dragon Tiger Mountain to the west of Shan Jiang, following the flow of Luu Xi River, the thousand-feet sheer cliffs on both banks are filled with natural caves, large and small. A legend circulates in the area of Dragon Tiger Mountain, that inside these caves are hidden "wordless celestial books" and treasures of gold and silver.
However, since these caves are located on cliffs 20 to 100 meters above the water surface, people are unable to climb up and see for themselves. In the 1970s, some weathered planks fell, revealing hints of the secrets inside the caves.
