Joining the Basilisk Order would grant me access to a vast network of resources and influence. As far as I know, their reach extends across every nation and kingdom. With their backing, finding Anna would be significantly easier. And with Mirayuki's position as an Ocular, I'd have an undeniable advantage.
However…
"I simply cannot accept just yet."

What do they do on a regular basis?
Do they follow any kind of moral code?
What are their true goals and ideologies?
