On a peaceful saturday morning, I awoke from a rejuvenating slumber as the tweeting birds chirped to greet me a wonderful day.
I, Ein Lucris, am an average citizen with an easy-going life.
Although my work life and lifestyle is plainly simplistic and normal, my obsession for novels is beyond the defenition of average. In other words, i'm a die hard fanatic for fantasy fictional novels.
Just recently, I finished reading a novel titled "Beyond rescuing". The main character of this story, namely Luis Meinhardt, has experienced minor and major setbacks all his life. From childhood up to adulthood, luck never showed an ounce of pity for the man, leaving him alone with the fate of misfortune being thrown right on his shoulders.
He was undeservingly burdened with the unfortunate luck that also affected others around him. And so, people slowly began to distance themselves from the pitiful man, leaving only him to solve the problem on his own. He tried everything and anything he could to find out the solution to this tragic luck of his, and as he traveled further into this path, his small faith in humanity was crushed in an instant by the people. His eyes were gradually clouded by the hatred he felt for humanity, leaving him no space for mercy upon the people.
As he grew older, his immense hatred led him to grow into a corrupted villain, burning the country in flames. This disaster was highlighted in history, naming it "The flames of unforgettable fury". This period of time made foreigners bewildered and vigilant of Luis. It even affected trading routes nearby the country, since the fiery flames spread wide across the country and lasted for quite a long time.
Karma then made their way into Luis's life by sending him to the afterlife early. No one knew the cause of his death, not even the most intelligent detectives could figure out the main root of his demise.
And there, was the end of Luis's short-lived revenge.
This novel was just saddening in general. The mc just wanted friends!! Such a simple request! Why must the god of fortune neglect their duties and leave a poor child to endure such problems!?!? This novel made me truly mad at the people who disliked the mc! Curse them! If I were to travel into the novel, I would befriend the mc and stay by his side!
After releasing all my madness onto my apartment wall, my mind felt at ease and my body automatically laid down flat on the bed, feeling exhausted. Although it was still morning, I somehow already felt drowsy. I remember waking up just a few minutes ago..
Not even a second had passed and I had already visited dream land once more..
After sleeping for who knows how long, my eyes slowly opened and was blinded by the bright light, could it be the sun? It's too early for the sun to be shining this brightly though..
I began to regain my consciousness and senses, then became fully aware of my surroundings. At first, I enjoyed the pleasant breeze that blew through my hair, but then I slowly realized..
"WHERE IS THIS PLACE!?!?!?!?!"
