In the temporarily constructed dressing room backstage, Rose sat dazedly in a chair, dabbing at the tear streaks and slightly reddened eyes with a handkerchief. Recalling the scenes with Alex on stage, that figure, that look, that magnetic voice, Rose smiled dreamily. When she thought of Alex and Kate embracing, a tinge of disappointment and jealousy crept into her heart, stirring a desire to cry.
Rose's manager, Tess, watched her silently, sighing at the sight of a diva, adored by countless fans, heartbroken over a man. Tess shook her head, walked over, and placed a hand on Rose's shoulder.
Rose lifted her mesmerizing face, choking back tears, and said, "Tess, I've fallen for him. What should I do?"

Tess handed a roster to Rose with a smile, saying, "This is the guest list for the concert. I think it might help you."
Rose took the roster and looked at it, her eyes fixating on a line of small text under Alex's photo: Chairman of Imperial Holdings, Alex.
A commotion was heard outside the dressing room, and a staff member walked in and said to Rose, "Miss Rose, Mr. Noah wants to see you."
Rose coldly replied, "Tell him I'm going back to the hotel. Let's talk about anything later."
Rose stood up, adjusted her clothes, and said, "Tess, let's go. Noah is so annoying."
Tess nodded and accompanied Rose out the back door of the dressing room.
Noah watched the concert with frustration and anger. When he saw the staff blocking the backstage entrance, he finally found an outlet for his pent-up rage. Pointing at one of the staff, he cursed, "Damn it, do you know who I am? Do you want to live?"
The staff member shook his head and replied earnestly, "I don't know."
Noah was infuriated, nearly exploding with anger. He lunged at the staff member, but the surrounding police and security guards stopped him. Unable to hit the staff member, Noah vented his anger at the police and security, then left in a rage with his bodyguards, his heart full of hatred for Alex.
Sitting in the Lincoln, Alex looked at Kate nestled in his arms, his eyes filled with affection. He gently asked, "Kate, how was the concert today?"
Kate, with her swollen eyes, gazed at Alex and softly said, "Honey, Rose is truly charming. Standing on stage with you, she looked like a perfect match."
Alex chuckled dryly and asked, "Is your husband that outstanding?"
Kate's swollen eyes sparkled, and she said with a look of adoration, "Honey, you were perfect on stage. Those superstars can't compare to you. My husband is always the best, unmatched by anyone."
Alex was deeply moved, lowering his head to kiss Kate's lips. Kate responded with her own passionate kiss. As soon as Alex entered, he lifted Kate into his arms and carried her towards the bedroom. Kate did not resist and allowed Alex to hold her. In the bedroom, Alex gently placed Kate on the bed and leaned down to kiss her lips. Kate closed her eyes, her entire body tense. Noticing her anxiety, Alex whispered softly in her ear, "Kate, don't be afraid."
Alex tenderly took Kate's earlobe into his mouth and began to suck gently.
