Amy opened her eyes, looking here and there while mumbling," Where am I? Shouldn't I be dead? What happened?".
As she was stunned on the bed, she heard a gentle knock on the door. She saw that someone with a short stature silhouette entered with her head hanging down. Amy couldn't be able to see who it was as the curtains were draped over the bed. The silhouette came near the bed slowly and asked carefully not to scare her mistress, "My lady, are you okay?"
Amy got confused and said while removing the drapes to see the person present in the room, "Are you talking to me?". All of a sudden, she had a severe headache with lots of unknown images floating in her mind. She hysterically looked around the room; a wooden bed, a dressing table, a low-level table, and stools in the middle of the room with a tea set. The room was nowhere near the room she had before nor looked like a hospital room. She ran towards the dressing table to find the bronze mirror. Amy looked at her reflection of herself, she looked at herself, and she almost looked the same except for the hair. She had been blonde before, but now she had long black and straight hair; the same oval-shaped face, the same big doe eyes, the same small button nose, the same small lips.
Amy again looked around the room, then at the maid, and very carefully said, "Xiao Qing? You are Xiao Qing, right?"
"You don't remember me, my lady?" said Xiao Qing.
"My lady, I should go and look for an imperial physician. It might be because you were in the pond for a while."
"Wait, Xiao Qing!"
