In Elizabeth's office…
"Allen I want to know why on whose order Lea was attacked by the Knights of Gantrick" Elizabeth said.
"Yes my dear queen" Allen answered.
"And prepare a good room for Lea to stay in as she will be here for a few days and that guest room is too small and make sure no information about her gets out till the things are under control," Elizabeth said.
"My dear queen if I may be bold," Allen spoke suddenly.
Elizabeth looked at him and said, "Speak".
"Why are you showing so much concern suddenly to a mare human girl Your Majesty? Is she really Princess Aisha as they guessed before" Allen asked with expectant eyes.
Elizabeth smiled lightly as she said "I wish she was Allen I really wish" She sighed deeply and then continued "She is not Aisha… She is Henry and Diana's daughter Elena".
"Your Majesty…" Allen was completely shocked.
"I was as shocked as you are when she told me the truth," Elizabeth said.
"But how is this possible, Your Majesty" Allen asked still in shock.
"It's a long story… Now just make sure she does not have any kind of discomfort during her stay here and no one knows about her true identity" Elizabeth said.
Just when Allen was about to reply the door to the office was pushed open and Alisha came in as she asked "Whose true identity are you hiding Mom?".
Elizabeth looked at her daughter and felt a headache coming. She massaged her head with her thumb and index finger and then said "Come in and close the door first".
As Elizabeth said Alisha closed the door and sat down on the sofa in Elizabeth's office and spoke again "I she really my sister? I that why you are trying to hide her identity, Mom?".
"No, she is not your sister Alisha," Elizabeth said tiredly.
"But…"
Before Alisha could speak Elizabeth continued "She is the Princess of Alynthia, Elena Beaufort".
"What?" Alisha exclaimed and then asked hurriedly "Then she is not a normal human like the other think?".
"Yes…" Elizabeth told everything she knew about Lea to Alisha.
"The only reason I am sharing this information with you is because you are the crown princess and you will have to take care of our kingdom in the future," Elizabeth said seriously.
"And make sure no other soul than the ones in this room knows about it. Understood?" Elizabeth asked to which Alisha nodded in understanding.
After pondering over the things Elizabeth shared with her Alisha asked,
"But Mom, how can someone be so identical? If she were human, I'd understand, but how could someone from our world have the same eyes as my sister? as all of our eye colors are defined by our powers" Then she looked Elizabeth in the eye and continued,
"Especially this someone's existence was completely unknown to us for so many years. Don't you feel there is more to this?" Alisha pressed.
"That's enough Alisha" Elizabeth exclaimed.
"Alisha, she's not your sister... she's Diana and Henry's daughter.
No matter what conflicts we may have, I'm certain Henry wouldn't stoop so low as to kidnap someone else's daughter and claim her as his own. So let go of those thoughts," Elizabeth reassured her firmly.
"I am also not sitting quietly until I find my answers. He might have not kidnaped her but could have found her somewhere or something"
"Alisha" Elizabeth called out her name angrily.
After a few seconds of staring competition with her mother, Alisha stood up in frustration and stormed out of the office without a backward glance.
Watching her daughter leave, Elizabeth sighed helplessly. She knew Alisha wouldn't rest until she got her answers.
"Allen, keep an eye on her. Ensure she doesn't take any drastic steps and cause trouble," Elizabeth instructed her aide.
"Yes my dear queen" Allen answered and then, bowed his head in respect and left the office to complete the tasks he was given as Elizabeth just sat there looking at the ceiling.
