Chapter 5 - Crocodile Part 1

The morning sun had just begun to rise, casting a pale light over the desolate landscape. Sun Han emerged from his underground shelter, ready to face the challenges of the day. He needed to gather resources to upgrade his base, but first, he needed water. His throat was dry, and he knew he had to find a reliable source of hydration to keep his strength up.

After wandering for a while, he came across a deep, wide river. The water looked clear and inviting, a rare sight in this harsh new world. Driven by thirst, Sun Han hesitated for only a moment before diving into the cool, refreshing water. As he drank, he swam lazily, letting the water soothe his tired muscles.

But his brief moment of peace was shattered when he noticed a dark shape moving swiftly toward him. A three-meter-long crocodile was closing in fast. Sun Han's heart raced as he dodged the beast's first snapping attack. The water churned around him as he swam frantically toward the surface, gasping for air.

No sooner had he reached the surface than another crocodile, even more massive, came at him with terrifying speed. The creature's jaws snapped shut mere inches from his face. Sun Han twisted away, narrowly avoiding its lethal bite. Adrenaline surged through his veins as he realized he had no choice but to fight.

The first crocodile lunged again, but Sun Han was ready this time. He grabbed a stone from the riverbed and, with all his strength, slammed it into the crocodile's eye. The beast roared in pain, thrashing wildly. Sun Han didn't hesitate. He continued to attack, blinding the creature by digging out its other eye.

With one crocodile temporarily incapacitated, Sun Han turned his attention to the second one. The beast came at him with fury, but Sun Han was prepared. He used his agility to dodge its ferocious snaps, waiting for the right moment to strike. When the crocodile lunged again, Sun Han managed to grab hold of its back, flipping it over with a powerful heave.

The crocodile lay on its back, its vulnerable underbelly exposed. Sun Han raised the stone high and brought it down with all his might, striking the beast's throat repeatedly. Blood stained the water as the crocodile convulsed, then went still.

"Congratulations! You have Killed level 3 teir 0 Mutated beast."

"You have obtained 5 gold coin."

Panting heavily, Sun Han climbed out of the river, his body trembling from the exertion and the rush of adrenaline. He looked back at the water, now tinged with blood, and realized just how dangerous this new world truly was. Every moment was a battle for survival, and he would need to be constantly vigilant if he hoped to make it.

Shaking off the lingering fear, Sun Han made his way back to his shelter. He had learned a valuable lesson today-strength and skill alone wouldn't be enough. He needed to be smarter, more cautious, and better prepared for the dangers that lay ahead.
