Chapter 10 - Arcadian Bear Part 3 & Natrual Disaster

The world chat had fallen silent, all eyes glued to the live feed as Sun Han stood his ground. His heart pounded in his chest, adrenaline surging through his veins as he faced the Arcadian Bear. This beast, unlike any he had encountered before, was a formidable opponent. Its fur, sleek and glossy, was crisscrossed with vibrant blue lines that shimmered with an ethereal light. Its eyes, deep pools of sapphire blue, bore into him with an intensity that sent shivers down his spine.

Sun Han tightened his grip on his katana, the weight of the blade a comforting presence. His crocodile-skin chestplate, now a symbol of his ingenuity and survival, seemed to pulse with energy, its attributes of +5 Health and +2 Endurance giving him a tangible edge. The live chat buzzed with a mix of anticipation and anxiety, viewers from around the world watching his every move.

"Be careful, Sun Han!"

"Show that bear what you're made of!"

"You've got this!"

But there was no time for distractions. The Arcadian Bear let out a thunderous roar, shaking the very ground beneath Sun Han's feet. The bear's roar echoed through the forest, a primal sound that seemed to reverberate through the trees. With a sudden burst of speed, it charged at him, its massive form a blur of motion and raw power.

Sun Han's instincts kicked in. He sidestepped the initial charge, the bear's claws slicing through the air where he had been standing moments before. He swung his katana in a wide arc, the blade glinting in the sunlight as it connected with the bear's side. But the Arcadian Bear was not so easily defeated. Its thick fur and the blue lines crisscrossing its body seemed to absorb the blow, the wound superficial at best.

The bear turned with surprising agility, its sapphire eyes locking onto Sun Han once more. It swiped at him with its massive paw, and this time, Sun Han wasn't fast enough to evade. The force of the blow sent him sprawling to the ground, pain radiating through his body as the bear's claws tore into his side. His chestplate absorbed some of the impact, but he could feel the bruising beneath it, and the breath was knocked out of him.

Groaning, Sun Han struggled to his feet, his vision swimming. He could hear the frantic chatter of the viewers in the world chat, but their voices seemed distant and far away. The Arcadian Bear advanced on him, its eyes gleaming with a predatory hunger. Sun Han raised his katana, but his movements were sluggish, and the bear's next attack was relentless.

The bear's claws raked across his chestplate, and this time, the armor couldn't fully protect him. The bear's strength was overwhelming, and Sun Han could feel the edges of panic creeping in as he struggled to fend off its blows. Each strike from the bear felt like a hammer, and his katana felt like a flimsy toy in comparison.

The Arcadian Bear was winning. It drove Sun Han back, step by step, its roars filling the air with a deafening cacophony. Sun Han's swings grew weaker, his body battered and bruised. Blood trickled from a gash on his forehead, stinging his eyes, and he could feel his strength waning.

In a desperate move, Sun Han lunged forward, aiming for the bear's throat. But the bear anticipated his attack, rearing up on its hind legs and swatting him aside with a brutal force. Sun Han hit the ground hard, his katana slipping from his grasp and skittering away.

The live chat was a blur of panic and fear:

"Sun Han, get up!"

"Fight back!"

"Don't give up!"

But as the Arcadian Bear loomed over him, Sun Han knew he was outmatched. His body ached, his vision blurred, and every breath was a struggle. The bear's blue-lined form seemed to shimmer with an almost supernatural energy, its eyes burning with an unyielding ferocity.

Sun Han's thoughts raced as he lay there, the weight of defeat pressing down on him. This was not how he had envisioned his fight ending. He had always been the survivor, the one who found a way to overcome. But now, faced with the Arcadian Bear's relentless onslaught, he felt the sting of mortality.

The bear roared, a triumphant sound that echoed through the forest, and charged at him once more. Sun Han's mind was a whirlwind of desperation and determination as he struggled to rise, knowing that his next move could very well be his last.

Suddenly a system prompt appear infront of him.

"First natural disaster Scorchwave will start in 3... 2... 1.... 0...."

"Guys Am I the only one seeing this"

"All of a sudden time got so hot"

"It feel like I am about to catch heat stroke"

"I Need water"

Suddenly the bear skin was set on fire and it lose its focus and Sun Han sneak up on it and delivered the attack hacking off its head in a clean strike.
