Chapter 25 - 25) Playing on Baby mode

I was teleported into a forest-looking area. I was faced with wolves as soon as I came. There were 10 of them waiting to pounce on me. These guys are intelligent, they are waiting for me to make a move and attack me when I show an opening. They slowly started to circle me but I couldn't let them do that so I used a fireball to take out half of them. The ones on both of my sides jumped towards me.

These wolves were only level 20. They appeared so slow to me whose Agility has surpassed 100. I easily dodged them and killed the remaining wolves with a lightning arrow. I feel like I am playing this game in Baby mode. A portal appeared after I cleared the level. It seems like you can recover/wait for the skill cooldown to be over before going to the next level.

The second level was in a Swamp. This swamp environment gave me a Sluggish Status effect. Due to this status effect, my movement speed was decreased by 70 per cent. While I explored the area I found a group of swamp slime. These slimes used the skill Acid spray. My agility was down but I was still able to barely dodge it.

I dodged them and hit them with a fireball. It was able to do damage to all the slimes present there and was able to kill some of them who took the hit directly. But the remaining slimes started regenerating. So I finished them off by using flame and lightning arrows and hitting their cores.

I changed my weapon to a crude sword I bought in the mall and uSlashir slash to take care of the remaining slimes. I then waited for 10 seconds so that all of mywereills were off cooldown and went into the next level.

The third level was located in a cave. This area had no light. Although I can't see my enemies I got a rough idea of what the enemy is due to my heightened senses. I used Fireball on the roof of the cave and killed the cave bats hanging up there.

Cave bats are creatures that have low health and are easy to kill. But they always come in groups. They also have 2 annoying skills called Sonic Attack and Blood Drain. Sonic attack disrupts spell-casting and if many bats use it at the same time it can give a severe headache. Bats can also come closer and bite me and drain my blood dealing damage and healing themselves in the process.

I used dragon's breath to wipe out the Bats coming to drain my blood and the ones that stayed back to use sonic attack. I noticed that I was not getting any exp for killing them. Is it because I am in a Virtual reality? I didn't understand but I cleared all the bats with fireball, Dragon's breath flame and lightning arrows and repeat strategy.

I noticed that it took me 15 minutes to clear up to Level 3. I went inside level 4 in fear that I might be very slow and was greeted with Orc brutes. Orc brutes are monsters that have high health and attack stats but their agility is considered Moderate. I tried using the same strategy but there were too many orcs and they were not dying in one hit.

So I chose to use Blink to dodge the Orcs that were rushing towards me and stood on top of one orc's head. I changed my weapon and used an air slash to kill the adjacent orcs. The orc realised I was standing on its head and tried to catch me with its hands. I jumped and tried using flight.

But the flight skill did not activate. The orcs are just waiting for me to fall. Damn it, did I get myself into trouble??
