Chapter 6 - 6)Eclipse Von Sanders the XX

The skeleton knight slashed the air and a slash-like attack came flying towards me. I was not fast enough to dodge the attack in time so I used the fireball skill. The slash cut through the fireball like a piece of paper and slashed me. I did not die because the fireball reduced the power of the slash by exploding after being cut. But I was still gravely wounded. I faintly heard the system say

Copying the skill won't make a difference but I did it anyway and I used the only skill I haven't tried using. I was low on mana after levelling for a long time so I put all my remaining unallocated stat points(36) into intelligence. Now my total intelligence stat has reached 74(×10). That is a total of 7400 mana. I used the 2000 mana I got to summon an adult dragon.

A big dragon came out of the summoning circle and roared. The skeleton knight was shaking in fear. " Who dares to intercept my slumber? Who is the one who summoned me? " She looks at the girl who fainted from the dragon's roar. He then looks at me and I answer the dragon's question " I am the one who summoned you I am- " I couldn't talk properly due to my injury and vomited blood from my mouth.

The dragon replied " How interesting, To think I would be summoned by a low-level mage like you who isn't even level 10. Due to Rules set by our ancestors, we dragons cannot act without making a contract with our summoners. I am The dragon of the dark Eclipse Von Sanders the XX. Now tell me your name and the contract shall be formed".

I shouted with all of the energy I could muster " I AM BENJAMIN BENETT". Both the dragon and I glowed in golden colour and all of my injuries were healed. The dragon said, " The contract has been made now is he the one I have to defeat? ". I nodded my head and the dragon crushed the skeleton knight like crushing an ant with its foot.

I levelled up 3 times and the dragon started to shrink. This dragon changed into human form and was found to be a girl. Thankfully she was wearing a dress when she changed to a human. The dragon started to explain the terms of the contract. " Dragons can use its power to do anything only after it has made a contract with its summoner. The power of the contracted dragon will reduce to the level of the summoner after 10 seconds of the contract. I defeated the skeleton knight before the 10 seconds was over. "

" One person cannot have more than 10 contracted dragons. The contractor gets a skill called a Contracted subspace in which all the contracted dragons can reside. You may call the contracted dragon anytime you want again but with a price. You must buy the things the dragon asks for and take care of its personal needs. Is that clear to you huma- no contractor".

I replied, " That is fine by me but you shouldn't reveal that you are a dragon to others and call me Ben ". The dragon replied, " Very well now shall we leave this place Ben I can sense that many powerful figures are arriving here". When I asked her why she replied "When I first came out I used the skill Dragon's roar which makes everyone else other than the one who summoned me shake in fear and it seems like it reached the human city and all the powerful figures are rushing over here".

I quickly put her into the subspace and started running. The girl whom I came to help sat fainted over the corner. Since powerful figures were coming I thought she would be safe and ran as fast as I could. Will I be able to escape the eyes of powerful figures? Or will I get caught?
