(4th Week of April 2018 — Meadowville Village Square — Morning — Sunday)
Over the past few weeks, Meadowville had transformed from a modest village into a bustling hub of activity. The combined efforts of Carpenter Steven, Elite Alchemist Ruby, and their teams, along with the guidance of Advisor Lucius and Advisor Charles, brought about significant improvements.
The Population has increased from 150 people to 250 people, the reason is those villages that don't have names or are not known were wrecked or destroyed by monster settlements nearby and had to move out. There were 50 people from the 1st village and 50 from the 2nd village.
Because of that, we increased the number of houses from 40 Houses to 60 Houses, and since the houses have finished upgrading from level 1 to 2 the number of residents in 1 House increased by +1. Basically:
1. House (Level 1) -> House (Level 2)
-> Increase House Size by 0.5 meters and Capacity by 1 Resident.
-> Improve Durability from 500/500 to 750/750.
-> Reinforce Timber and Stone Bases.
-> Structural Enhancement (Recovery Rate House Buff by 3%)
With that, Level 2 of 300 Houses has been completely upgraded. The Level 1 Houses are mostly made of wood, no mixture of gravel or stones just wood. But, when it upgraded to Level 2, they reinforced the wood and added stone bases making all houses much more durable than Level 1.
With the Elite Alchemist's help, she enhances the wood material by producing special effects like buff effects. So, whenever the residents stay at their respective houses, they can recover 3% faster but only applies either they meditate, rest, or sleep for the buff effect to work.
As the population of Meadowville increases, the number of children also increases. Because of that, Advisor Lucius and Advisor Charles make plans to upgrade the School Level from Level 1 to Level 2. The two advisors wanted young children to read, write, and learn about its history and the knowledge of the world.
Though, the school cannot compare to other schools or larger schools like the Knights Academy and the National Mastery Academy at least young children either older or younger than Accel can at least learn the basic teachings of Aura, Mana, and their skills in the near future.
Advisor Lucius: "Steven, the new housing structures are impressive. The villagers seem very pleased."
Carpenter Steven: "Thank you, Advisor Lucius. The reinforced timber and stone bases should ensure they withstand any potential threats."
Advisor Charles: "Steven, how is the school coming along?"
Carpenter Steven: "It's progressing well. We have stabilized the wooden classroom and added plastic tables, wooden lockers, and a simple blackboard. Since more children will become students, we increase the classroom from 1 to 2 classrooms. Each classroom can fit at least 30 to 35 students with a total of 60 to 70 students."
2. School (Level 1) -> School (Level 2)
-> Stabilization of the School Structures and Furnitures'.
-> Increase Classroom Capacity from 25-30 to 50-60 students.
-> Improve Durability from 300/300 to 600/600.
-> Structural Enchantment (Increase Students Learning Proficiency by 1%)
With the good stabilization of the school that has now 2 classrooms, more children can go to the school depending on their schedule since only 50-60 students can learn. After this plan was finished they immediately started dealing with the agricultural resources, supposedly the resources should have been fine but due to the number of people increasing, the Council of Meadowville decided to upgrade the Farms.
3. Farms (Level 1) -> Farms (Level 2)
-> Increase Crops Production from 50 Units to 75 Units per Month.
-> Increase Crops Growth Rate by 3%.
-> Improve and Reinforced Buildings.
-> Expand the Farm Storage by 5%.
Baron Ishikawa Haruto Kazuyoshi the Head of the Ishikawa Family will assist the Winchester Family for 1 Month to properly stabilize the Meadowville Village, the reason is that the Noble Society manages and overseers the Territorial Management in each different Lords of the Territory and delivers news from the Council of Meadowville.
They received that Meadowville Village (Small-Type) has become Meadowville Village (Medium-Type) because the population exceeds more than 200 people living in the village.

Due to the military deeds that Brave Squire Accel was doing like dealing with monster settlements and helping different villages that needed help and protection, his fame increased a little. Brave Squire Accel was one of the young generations who got promoted from Brave Squire to Elite Squire from the "Supreme Authority Council".

The higher the deeds, the higher recognition, and the higher the chance of getting a promotion to the next level of command.]

After this promotion and development of Meadowville Village, set off to Meadowville and visited the National Association to halt the transformation and disguise and just become Accel himself. He visited again to Meadowville Village and spent most of his time with his parents and younger siblings.

After spending time for 3 weeks with his parents, 2 younger siblings, the village people, and friends. It's time to say goodbye because his 8th-grade Academy Level will be starting in a few days. With that, together with a few like me who are in the same grade level left in the magical carriage headed directly toward the National Mastery Academy...
