BFFs APARTMENT**
"Did you really expected her to agree into babysitting a kid?"
"I didn't but I just...what was I even thinking?" Zara face palmed herself.
"Even if you put a gun to her head, Diamond won't babysit. She would rather look after mice."
"What? She hates them?"
"Exactly my point." Ayden said.
"Ugh. How are we going to help her, huh?"
"That's mission impossible, girl." He stared down at his phone and sighed. "I'm off."
"To work?"
"Today is my day off."
"So where are you headed to?"
Ayden rolled his eyes. "And when did you start monitoring my movement? Focus on yourself and stop poke-nosing."
"Jerk." Zara muttered.
"Thanks for the compliment." He winked and walked out through the front door.
Diamond descended the stairs, scrolling through her phone.
She walked past Zara and went inside the kitchen.
Zara followed her.
"I said I'm sorry."
Diamond ignored her.
"Are you going to keep ignoring me?"
No answer.
"The woman already left with her kid."
No answer.
"Diamond..."
No answer.
"Okay, I think this is getting out of hand. I'm sorry, Diamond. I really am. I promise never to pull something like this again."
Diamond looked away from her phone screen to Zara's face.
A smile appeared on Zara's face. "I'm sorry." She apologized for the umpteenth time.
Diamond let out a deep breath. "You should never do something like that again. Never."
"I promise."
"You know how much I hate kids. They make my skin crawl." She cringed.
"Uh...but kids are beautiful." Zara pointed out.
"No, they are frustrating."
"But that's what makes them beautiful."
"I don't fucking give a fuck. And why are you lecturing me on kids now? You want to bring in another kid for me to babysit, is that it?" Diamond raised a brow at her friend.
Zara quickly shook her head. "Of course not. I promise not to do something like that again. Really."
"Whatever." They walked out of the kitchen. "Are you not going to work?"
"It's not yet time for my shift. Seeing you out of your room, it seems like you are done with the chapter." Zara observed.
Diamond grinned. "Luckily. Took me years though."
"You are really trying, honestly. I can't even imagine myself sitting down in one spot for hours while constructing words of 3,000 or more." She popped up her thumb finger. "You are a true legend."
Diamond giggled. "You are so funny. Though, I know I'm a true legend."
They heard a knock.
"Where is Ayden?"
"He went out but didn't tell me where. Maybe he's the one at the door."
"Doesn't he have his keys with him?"
"You know how forgetful that boy is. Let me go check." Zara offered as she walked to the door.
She unlocked and opened it.
"Oh. Hi." She greeted, stepping aside for the guest to enter.
Felix walked in, smirking.
"Where is she?" He asked.
"In the living room." Zara replied.
They both strolled to the living room and saw Diamond there.
"Hey babe!" Felix said cheerfully.
"Babe!" Diamond ran towards him and jumped into his arms, smiling widely.
"How is my favorite baby doing?"
Diamond dropped down on both feet. "She's doing great. I miss you so much, babe. When did you return?"
He shrugged. "Few hours ago?"
"Aw. You should be at home resting." Diamond pouted.
"I can't. I have to see my baby first before resting. You come first, honey." He winked.
Diamond blushed.
Zara cleared her throat, grabbing their attentions. "I will be leaving for work."
"But your shift..."
"Don't worry." Zara cut her off. "I know how much you two misses each other. Have fun but," She gave them a warning look. "use protection."
"Get out." Diamond said in between laughter.
Zara blew a kiss at her before rushing out of the house.
Felix wrapped his arms around Diamond's waist and pulled her close to himself.
"I miss you, baby." He muttered, kissing her neck.
Diamond sucked in a breath, wrapping her arms around his neck, drawing him impossibly closer to herself.
"I miss you more."
"Do you know how hard it was for me to stay away from you for that long? I almost died."
Diamond chuckled. "Stop exaggerating."
"I'm dead serious." He kissed her jaw, collar-bone, and shoulder blade.
"mmm-hmm." She hummed not finding the right words to use.
"I want to make love to you baby." He walked them towards a couch, not letting go of her until she fell backwards onto the chair.
Felix hovered over her, massaging her breasts and butt cheeks.
Diamond moaned, arching her back.
"Then...make love to me." She uttered.
"I will...baby. I will."

TWENTY MINUTES LATER;
Worst fucker of the year goes to Felix.
Diamond looked sideways at him and found him sleeping peacefully.
She looked down at her naked body and groaned, coming up to her feet.
She grabbed his shirt from the floor and wore it over her naked body and then went into the kitchen. She poured herself a glass of chilled water and took a large gulp.
She wasn't satisfied. She's still very horny but too bad her dear boyfriend is tired and fast asleep after fucking her for twenty minutes.
Diamond love Felix so much and she has been with him for seven good years but their sex life was...awfully beautiful. Does that even make any sense?
She's very loyal and would never cheat on Felix no matter what but sometimes she wish she could just go out there and find that hunk man who will ride her into her world of fantasy.
'Ugh, my novels are driving me crazy.' She thought to herself, pouring herself another glass of water.
She craved for a good sex so badly. One that will leave her satisfied and at the same time wanting more. Felix can't do that and too bad she won't be able to experience it for the rest of her life because she's stuck with him. Don't get it wrong, she doesn't regret being with him. She loves him and nothing will ever change that.
Diamond drank the water and dropped the empty cup on the counter table. She walked back to the living room and went upstairs when she still found Felix sleeping.
She sat down on her bed and took out her laptop, she scrolled through her list of movies and clicked on a adult film.
She plugged in her earphone and started watching the scene.
She find herself getting wet. She pushed the shirt up to her belly and inserted two fingers inside her honeypot. She moaned, throwing her head backwards as she began fingering herself.
This wasn't enough satisfaction but at least it was better than what Felix did.

The Bruni's Residence**
"Cosa hai intenzione do fare al riguardo, capo?" (What are you going to do about it, boss?) Marcello questioned, clenching his jaw.
Mikhail let out a deep breath, running his hands through his black hair.
"è la cosa giusta ucciderlo, prendere in mano le sue proprietà, compreso il suo popolo e renderli schiavi ma," (It's the right thing to kill him, take over his properties including his people and make them slaves but,)
Marcello studied his boss's face. "Quindi cosa vi ferma, sirgnore?" (So what's stopping you, sir?)
Mikhail rose to his feet and rounded the table to stand in front of Marcello, his right hand man.
"Sai perche, Marcello." (You know why, Marcello)
"Per la signora Bruni?" (Because of Mrs Bruni?) He questioned.
Mikhail sighed as he leaned against his desk, folding his arms over his chest. "Le ho promesso...oltre ad Armando e' un amico fidato." (I promised her... besides Octavius is a trusted friend)
The frown on Marcello's face deepened and he clenched his fist in annoyance.
What's stopping his boss from taking the right step? Because of his stupid promise with his wife? They are mafias for Peter sake!
How are they going to protect their women and children, their properties, everything that belongs to them if they don't do what's right?
And how can his boss still tag that useless man as a trusted friend after his betrayal?
"Un amico che ti ha tradito non solo una volta, ma due volte! Capo, non passiamo lasciarlo andare così facilmente. Dite solo la parola e sa." (A friend who betrayed you not just once but twice! Boss, we can't let him off so easily. Just say the word and it will be done.)
Marcello was right.
Mikhail knows the right thing to do but he's only afraid of breaking the promise he made to his dearest wife.
She hates it when he kills people and him on the other hand, hates to see his wife sad.
"Marcello, lasciarlo andare." (Marcello, let him go.)
"Capo..."
Mikhail cuts him off. "Non parliamo di questo, ok?" (Let's not talk about this again, okay?)
"Sei sicuro che sarà una buona idea? Siamo mafie ed è normale per noi punire I reati. Sono sicuro che la signora Bruni capirà." (Are you sure this will be a good idea? We are mafias and it is normal for us to punish offenders. I'm sure Mrs Bruni will understand.)
"MARCELLO! Ho detto che non dovremmo parlarne di più." (MARCELLO! I said we shouldn't talk about this again.)
Marcello clenched his fist tightly, holding in his anger.
How will they be feared and respected by other mafias if their boss keep being such a softie?
Other mafias sees them as weaklings and damn it, Marcello is doing everything possible not to go behind his boss's back and kill all of them.
He nodded his head and said, "Ok, Capo. Spero che non vi pentirete di questa decisione." (Okay, boss. I hope you don't regret this decision.) He bowed his head in respect and left the office.
As soon as Marcello closed the door behind him, leaving just Mikhail in his office, he screamed at the top of his lungs knocking off the stuffs on his desk.
"Fottertì!" (Fuck!).
He punched his fist on the desk continually, groaning in anger and frustration.
